Worst customer service experience both online and in store. In store, it was over the phone. She was short with me and didn’t listen and abruptly hung up. That was the store in Allen,Tx, The online customer service lady, literally sounded like she just woke up or like she had a hangover. I ordered the converse double lift stack platform sneaker and it’s available in both men sizes and women sizes, I’m pretty sure I ordered a women’s 8 but when I got my confirmation email , it said 6M, so I couldn’t get one person to figure out if it was a conversion size from women’s to men’s , like if a women’s 8 isn’t available, the equivalent size conversion in the same shoe is a men’s size 6. I got more information out of google than I did trying to talk to 3 customer service reps from FF! Maybe AI needs to replace your customer service base. Do better Famous Footwear, we deserve better than what we’re getting from your customer service. That goes for your in store employees as well. They were rude and unknowledgeable. I don’t like speaking negatively but this had to be said. It was awful.

I ordered a pair of shoes to be delivered to the store off 27th Oklahoma. I called Customer Service a week later and they tell me that I received an email that the shoes are no longer available. I will be getting a refund 4-8 weeks out. I will never buy from Famous Footwear again! Just awful customer service!

I ordered a pair of Nike sneakers from this company. I received them and they didn't fit me well. I returned them using their prepaid mailer. They received them on Feb 6th (documented by Purolator) and still haven't received the refund. I tried to get a hold of them with no response even though they boast that you'll get a response in 24~48 hrs. That ship has long sailed. I wouldn't trust your hard earned money with this outfit. Look elsewhere for reputable merchants with decent reviews.

I went to famous footwear for a pair of tennis shoes. I walked in the store about 10:00 AM and did not get any help for a half an hour. I left to go to target and they helped me right away. Will never go to famous footwear again also very expensive for the quality.

Website showed the item I wanted was available a couple of days later I get an email saying orders would not be fulfilled because item was out of stock call to get a refund and they told me it would be from 2 to 10 business days before I got a refund called after the 10 days and now they are saying the refund will be in the mail and I will get it nearly 2 more weeks so 1 month and a week for a refund this company is terrible with the worst customer service they don’t care about the customer experience and just wing whatever they want first and last time I buy here stay away

I received outstanding customer service from store manager Ms. Melissa at Lakeside Village and sales associate Mr. Kevin. They made me feel very welcome as if I was a close family member. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and I will definitely return to receive the quality customer services they provided!!!Keep up the good work at Lakeside Village Famous Footwear in Lakeland Florida!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I placed an order online for in-store pickup. In my confirmation email it said I would be notified when my order was ready for pickup. A day went by no follow-up email so I headed down to the store to check on my order. There the employee informed me they did not have the product in stock (I never to this day got an email telling me this) and therefore she had to cancel the order. She told me I should expect a refund in 2-3 days. A week went past with no refund. So I emailed their customer service twice with no response either time. Next I tried calling their customer service line. The representative was super impatient and bitter despite the fact that all I did was calmly explain what happened. She sounded like I was the one inconveniencing her and had to be the least friendly person to ever work in customer service. Anyways after all said and done still no refund or further communication from Famous Footwear. I am extremely disappointed with their service and am not sure what to do at this point. One things for certain I will never shop or recommend Famous Footwear to anyone.
