New skincare staples
Every product I've tried from Facetheory has been brilliant, and that says a lot coming from me as I have incredibly sensitive and problematic skin. I can't see myself switching to another cleanser, toner, or hydration treatment now. I also really appreciate the eco-friendly packaging and fast delivery. It's not cheap but it's certainly worth the money, and nowhere near stupid luxury skincare prices.

Nice cream
Fast delivery. Good size tube for the money. Seems to be a nice cream but too soon to tell if it's doing anything for my skin, absorbs easily.

Tube just keeps splurging out cream and wasting it.
I bought the peptide firming eye cream and as I've only had it a week I cannot comment on the effect of the product - but I'm so irritated by the stupid tube oozing out loads of cream every single time you remove the lid. Every time I go to use it, much more pisses out than I want to use, without me even squeezing it, essentially wasting product. It's a total rip and from what I read in other reviews it's a common problem. I'm afraid excuses like it's environmentally friendly material don't cut it if you waste a third of your product over its lifespan. There are plenty of other eco ways to package stuff without this issue.Won't be buying again.

Amazing!
super quick delivery!Products are super nice, packaging is so aesthetic and minimalist and clean. I love it.The bakuchiol cream I ordered is not heavy/ greasy, super lightweight, the face & body scrub has a lovely mild citrusy smell, and the free retinol set is also really good.Need to stay consistent to see results but really happy with the products!

I’m very happy with these products
I’m very happy with these products. My skin is prone to sun spots, so I initially started with the 15% azelaic acid. After seeing great results, I expanded my routine to include the cleanser, exfoliator, toner, and moisturizer. The gel moisturizer and hand cream are my absolute favorites.

After my skin began to change during perimenopause, previous long term face creams began pilling on my skin and not absorbing well. I wanted a complete routine from the same company and read about face theory. All the product I bought are, so far, great. Night routine and morning routine work well. Skin analysis was spot on and a free gift of retinol products was a lovely surprise. I will be re ordering

Amazing customer service!
I’ve used FaceTheory for years now with no issues. However, I recently had an issue with one of the products, but to their credit, they sorted it out within 10 minutes of my email. Fione from the customer service team was superb. She gave me useful skincare advice and refunded an item which I no longer needed. Due to the fantastic service, quality and great results from the products, I will always chose FT for my skincare needs.
