The service needs to be more accurate for location, it needs to update quicker than every 15 mins. Sometimes it doesn't update for hours, or days. There are a lot of problems with the service, but, the people I've spoken to have been very kind and helpful. I give them 5 stars!

Johnny smith tried to tell me that they didn’t charge my card again today even though I am looking at the charge. I canceled after I spent over $200 trying to get these features to work on a device and some of them never worked. I have requested a refund and was waiting on an email. I was assured it had been canceled and there would be no more charges. When I asked Johnny if he would like a screen shot of where they did in face charge my card again today he wanted to end the chat. When I started another chat guess who? Yep Johnny who immediately ended the chat yet again. This is fraud and they are crooks and I recommend people report this

I’m not sure why you would want this fromMe but you asked. I paid for Three month basic plan. It was supposed to keep up with all messages and calls and apps across all the platforms as well as show deleted information. Right from the start it took well over 3 days for feature to start working. Even then , they didn’t have the correct info or the information was days behind. They will have you check and recheck and even uninstalll and reinstall which is not the easiest thing to do on a device if you only have a few minutes with the phone. The features drain the battery at such a rapid rate the phone has to stay on charge At all times. Because my features didn’t work I added new features thinking maybe they would. They didn’t. One of the things o added was the customer support to help 24/7. Once I did and Paid the $20 mo for the support , the chat button on my phone would no longer work. The only way I found I could chat was to go to the sales page and act like I wanted to purchase something. If you want to buy more stuff tha don’t work they are happy to chat wirh you.I could sit here for an hour and tell you all the weird half ass things this program did but In the end I had spent around $200 just to monitor this device and several of the charges would be monthly. Since I was never even once able to do any of th important stuff and I could t trust the accuracy of th few things it would do I know I had to cancel this. I was never once able do any Streaming of the screen , recordA call or see see screen shots the other features came in so far from “ real Time “they did no good!! I had to jump through hoops to get a chat support but o paid for priority support) just to ask for a refundOnly to be told someone will email me about it in the next 5 days. No phone number to call, no real support at all. O better receive a refund. I will let you know how that goes don’t waste your money on a product that needs much more improvement. I will say if they improved all the issues it would be a great product, but that’s a really big gift.

Horrible service, confusing to navigate and set up and when I requested a full refund after only 24 hours into my subscription, they refused. Many other customers have apparently had the same experience. They are deliberately difficult to reach. The have no regard for the customer experience or satisfaction. A big scam.
