50% of 6 ordered broken within 1 year
I have several pairs (6) ordered from your firm, three have broken at the hinges or lenses have popped out and can not be reinstalled within or just over 1 year.

Damaged order resolved
Hi there! I received my sunglasses with some minor damage and reached out for a replacement in early April. Route (Eyebuydirect’s shipping service) denied to cover it since it was damaged mostly likely during processing, so I reached out to Eyebuydirect via email. I let a whole a few days pass and to my surprise no one had contacted me via email or phone call about my damaged sunglasses. So I took upon my self to call them this morning during my break. I spoke with Nikita, who took care of my issue ASAP! She was super empathetic and great to talk to. I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue resolved so quickly. Especially with an online order. Thank you!

only 4 chances to submit your insurance…
only 4 chances to submit your insurance is too few. the sight was also slow, and the live try on was just incorrect. it made the glasses way too small on my face, it didnt look anything like what they look like in person.
