Incorrect address correction
I pre-ordered a dress and while checking on the tracking to see of it has shipped, I realized I had listed an old address. I emailed them late at night and agent Mark was quickly able to update my address. He also let me know the tracking might still show an old address but it would be shipped to my current address I would have worried, so I appreciate the information.

Efficient service
I ordered a dress for a wedding and realised that I hadn’t measured correctly. I contacted the company who quickly and efficiently helped me to cancel the order. I will definitely use this company again.

The dresses come up very small. Not true to sizeWhen you return them You pay for shipping and thenyou are deducted more money for shippingIf you decide to buy only buy through AmazonThey refund all the money you paid and no shippingcosts. However it is hard to buy as sizing is so erratic

14 day return window is hopeless!
I ordered a dress which arrived later than expected and the first day of my holiday. By the time I got home, I had missed the 14 day return window. Crazy. Will NEVER use this company again and will warn everyone not to use them. Clearly a policy designed to catch people out and not in the interest of customer service.

Great customer service
This is the first time buying from this company and I made a mistake and forgot to put my apartment number. The customer service was amazing and understanding and got my problem solved. I will absolutely buy from here again :)
