Title: Repeated failures and disappointing customer service

I have owned a total of three devices (including a previous model), and all of them developed the exact same issue after a few years of normal use: the robot beeps 10 times, spins in circles, and stops working completely.The devices were always used and maintained properly, so it is very disappointing to see the same defect occur repeatedly across multiple units.I contacted customer service and provided all requested information, including a video. The only solution offered was to purchase a replacement wheel at my own expense, despite the fact that this issue has now occurred with three separate devices.In my opinion, this is not a satisfactory or customer-oriented solution.Based on my experience, I am very dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service, and I would not recommend this product.

Poor product had 2 Eufy L60 Hybrids off…

Poor product had 2 Eufy L60 Hybrids off curry's both sent back and now refunded the mop pad gets wet and leaks near the blutooth module on the bottom. and they fail and don't connect to the app the same fault on both not worth the 400 sorry gone back to mopping the floor myselfWould not recommend

Eufy sucks

My eufy camera was working for several months and then stopped. In addition, I was unable to: 2. update my email address in my account; 3. Download the eufy app to my phone (despite having it there for the first several months); and 4. Update my wifi connection after switching internet providers. I contacted eufy for assistance and was presented with 3 different ai customer service “reps” that only took me in circles with no solution. I was even given another AI rep when I asked to escalate the issue to a live person and to a manager. I was promised a phone call by a live person within three business days and of course that call never came. Sorry, but if this was an American company not only would the camera work but if it stopped working you would receive a replacement camera immediately. Eufy sucks!!!!

Bought a Eufy camera for home security

Bought a Eufy camera for home security. It broke twice in a short time.Worse part? It turns out it hadn’t even been recording properly for months without me noticing. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of a “security” camera.Contacted support, explained everything. Their solution? 20% discount on a new one because it’s out of warranty.Why would I buy another one when the first one already failed twice?Not reliable, wouldn’t recommend.

Bought Eufy 3C Wireless Home Security…

Bought Eufy 3C Wireless Home Security system with homebase - 2 pack.Mainly because of no monitoring fees, the system worked fine,( but does miss the odd recording ) for the first 2 years.After 2 an a half years one camera started to play up, could view live , but it wouldn't record, an battey kept going flat on solar charging, so followed Eufy problem procedure.One suggestion was to disconnect from homeless and then reconnect, but it wouldn't reconnect, it just showed 'failed to request 204 'Took camera back to reseller, who sent it back to Eufy ? for checking.Result, report back, they won't replace the camera as it's out of warranty and the age of camera ( 30months) So they are saying their cameras only last 2 and a half years at best.I paid top dollar, for better cameras, so Very disappointed to say the least, it Eufy response.Certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this brand, as they don't stand behind there product

They purposely release software updates that'll break your cameras and force you to buy new ones

We used eufy for our home camera system. A camera recently bricked. It sounds like users have reported their software updates have bricked their cameras before. We contacted eufy and they gave us a garbage 15% off. We'll be switching companies. How scammy to release software updates that break your cameras just to force your users to buy new cameras that can then break from future software updates.

Eufy have ruined the app - do not buy

Eufy has ruined the customer experience for all their products by placing stupid adverts in the Eufy app right where users need to click on key features such as to arm or disarm your alarm system. Some marketing idiot though it would be a "brilliant" idea to put ads (for crap items nobody wants) on the main app screen right where the "I'm staying" & "I'm leaving" buttons should be. Instead of generating more sales, this is extremely annoying to users, and if most are like me, they will not buy any more Eufy products because of how annoying these fools have made it to use the Eufy app. What a pity, One wonders how these companies take a great service and find a way to totally ruin it. Have these people never heard the old axiom of losing a dollar by trying to squeeze another 2c out of each customer? I can no longer recommend Anker/Eufy products because they have ruined the app.

Ordered direct from Eufy on 30th Nov…

Ordered direct from Eufy on 30th Nov but without reason it sent via Amazon and never mentioned when it got delivered. First faulty was the wheel got stuck. The CS was great and followed through and repaired the robot. But it was like not the same robot after it was delivered. After a week, it turned very noisy. Another two weeks later, it was broken again. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.
