My money was deducted but I did not…
My money was deducted but I did not receive an email confirmation and the seller did not get an order. It’s absolutely impossible to reach Etsy customer service. You can only contact the seller but without order, their hands are tight. This is illegal practice from Etsy to not even have a customer support only fake links.

Terrible experience as a buyer
Terrible experience as a buyer. An order was canceled by the seller because they sent the wrong item. Seller claims sent the refund but my bank said it was never received. Now that the order is canceled I can't open a ticket to get help. Impossible to contact etsy support. Be careful!

Read this story: unbelievable. A few weeks after I passed an order for sheets, I had received nothing from Etsy and my bank account was charged. I went to the Etsy portal. Suddenly, a message of apologies popped up : « Sorry for the delay’s. I was at my brother’s wedding ». I don’t know how many employees work for Etsy but they lie their ass off and expect sympathy from the frustrated customer. Some guys have hurried their mothers three times.

I bough a digital birthday organiser, not only did I not get the product, seller disappeared and I cannot contact etsy to rectify issue.DO NOT USE!! If you have a problem it wont get rectified.

a truly awful experience
a truly awful experience, ordered a silver chain , contacted the seller before ordering and asked is this 925 silver as advertised and they said yes.chain arrived , its completely fake, tests done and its magnetic.seller very unhelpful , rude and then telling me my intentions are obviously to keep it.waited until today to open a case as it stated I must wait until 31St, you can't get into it and none of the help pages load. I've just gone round in circles with this. it just keeps sending me back to my messages.what has happened to this company they are allowing fake jewellery to be sold and then ignoring the unhappy customers . a complete rip of. i will be contacting trading standards. it's unbelievable.seller was British coins! I've been ripped off and won't be using this company again. shame on you!

I order three books from three…
I ordered three books from three different sellers and so far two books were shipped to addresses other than mine. Naturally, I'm expecting the final book to end up in Ireland. I would strongly advise everyone not to purchase a thing from this company. 👎🏼

This platform allows dishonest sellers to exploit its own policies. I received a broken item, and the seller promised a replacement—but kept delaying until the 180-day protection period expired. After that, they stopped responding completely.Etsy refuses to help once this deadline passes, even when there is clear proof the seller acknowledged the issue and failed to resolve it. Most customers are not clearly warned about this time limit, while fraudulent sellers are fully aware of it and use it to their advantage.This is not just poor service—it actively enables abuse and leaves buyers unprotected.
