Epson printer is the worst printer I have ever had. It uses up a lot of ink, it prints weird old documents it somehow found in my computer, it insists it is out of paper when it is not, it insists it is offline when it is not. And there is no weekend orevening service, and If you go online, its website says it will give you tips to solve the problem, but its website is defective, it doesn't actually work. It is Everything is very poor technology it is like technology from 1995.

Epson support is worthless. To activate the scanning function on my printer I must download software from their site. The software claims my computer is not linked to the internet, which is nonsense since I use wireless printing from my computer. The site offers no way to contact an actual person to determine how to fix the problem. So I have a printer that is not capable of scanning a document to my computer and no way to fix it.

The worst customer service!!!My Epson printer did not work properly from day one. Constant error messages and illegible printing.I troubleshooted with tech support for 3 hours and the printer is still not working.I am waiting to hear from a supervisor!!!

purchased this printer back in June of 2025 for printing pictures. I recently got back from Chile and wanted to print some pictures. The first two pictures came out fine, but after that, it only printed in a blueish hue. I did about 4 power cleans on the heads, and still the same blueish hue. I called Epson, and they said to send some pictures to show I haven't modified the product, and if the ink tanks were full, which I did. They said they would send me a "refurbished product" I asked why since I purchased the printer new. Mind you I've probably used the printer less than 30x since June, but no matter, I will never, ever purchase an Epson product ever again.

Epson used to be a good Company and with these firmware updates ruining their printers even with using genuine cartridges it was the last straw. Its not enough 3rd party cartridges are not accepted and now original cartridges are not even working.I bought the printer a few months ago, I guess I might have the ability to send it back otherwise it will sent to recycling or gone for parts...Shame on you EPSON

The instructions leaflets are awkward to read as you have to search for each sentence in your language. Why not have a section with all the instructions for each language in one section? You have to use a web set to get the set up instructions, but they initialise the printer but done include wi-fi instructions, which needs a different search. The initialisation and firmware updates took 11 minutes and 7 minutes respectively. It took almost an hour in total to setup this Epson 3950. Our HP printer took less than 10minutes. The firmware updates as part of the pc driver setup on the pc failed. It succeeded from the printer itself.

Terrible customer service.I contacted support twice regarding an issue with my printer, which completely failed just two months after the warranty expired, despite the problems having started while it was still under warranty.Due to a death in my family, I was unable to contact support immediately. When I finally did, I was met with a very unpleasant response and no understanding of the situation.I initially received several messages suggesting a possible partial or full coverage, or even a voucher… Only to later receive a negative response completely denying those earlier promises.Since then? No response. No follow-up. Total silence.The result: Repair cost quoted at nearly half the price of a new device, No solution offered, No response regarding the commitments previously made.I was ultimately forced to purchase a new printer as I need one for my profession.What is unacceptable is not just the cost, it’s the complete lack of consideration: broken promises, no follow-up, and leaving the customer without any solution.I’m sharing my experience so others know what to expect.If customer service is willing to take responsibility and provide a serious response, I remain available.

I purchased the EPSON Workforce pro WF-3820 about a year ago and have had no complaints. In January of 2026 I purchased replacement ink cartridges from Amazon. The description of the printer kit did not say genuine EPSON printer cartridges but it did say that the kit was for the WF-3820. Upon receipt, I confirmed that the item #s stamped on the new cartridges matched the old ones. I replaced the cartridges and had no trouble printing until last week when I got a message that the printer did not recognize the cartridges and I needed to replace them with genuine EPSON cartridges. The screen "freezes up" and there is no way to print. I notice that the day before I had this trouble an automatic firmware update was installed. Customer service in the Philippines was no help but shortly after speaking to a representative I received an e-mail saying my issue was resolved and I could resubmit a complaint in 45 days. I sent them 3 e-mails and have heard nothing.

Epson ET-2950. An awful printer. Colour prints are far too dark, and you have to go through a real hassle to increase the brightness. Black and white shading on a page doesn't show up without tweaking the settings a lot.I am told the dark colour is because I have my monitor too bright! What nonsense.How come when I put the pic onto a usb stick and print it on a library printer (two different models), it comes out great.Epson provide numerous add-ons, which are all even more ineffective than the base software.

What a terrible product!!i just bought epson printer with series no ET- 2803Brand new one !!and the result is printing a blank page! i try many ways to solve the problem starting from cleaning the nozzle, power clean ect but no result!the ink wont flow to nozzle headsuch a disgusting product !how can you even sell this product on market place. i will never buy product from epson again !!!
