Ignoring my dispute for an iPhone 14 - Evidence of pristine condition
I sent my iPhone 14 to Envirofone (Order #97146) and it was delivered to their warehouse on Monday. I have been given a revised offer of £165 (down from £200) claiming there is wear to the glass and housing.I have high-quality video evidence of this exact device taken immediately before it was handed to the courier. The video shows the IMEI on screen and proves the phone is in pristine condition with NO wear or scratches.I emailed their support team at 11:00 am on Monday to dispute this and have provided screenshots of my evidence, but I have been ignored for over 48 hours. I have also tried to call but was told they no longer take phone calls.I need this resolved immediately.

Beware sending new phones to this website. I sent in an s26 ultra 1tb, well packaged immaculate condition. Like a fool i sent the box too for extra security. They weren't able to accept it as it showed it was under contract. So i request the phone to be returned. I paid a £10 fee to return it. It was delivered today only to find the phone i was received was damaged and doesn't work, then i realised the shape was different too. After checking the imei number on the back it was confirmed the sent me a broken s23 ultra and soneone has stolen my s26 ultra. Im livid and probably lost my expensive phone and replaced with a shit, battered s23 ultra. If it doesnt get resolved soon im going to escalate things however high i need to go

No problems selling my old tech
