If I could do a big red flag I would. If anyone has hired a Renault Austral reg- HD 82 1 ZP from Bergerac Airport in France, from 10/11/2025 and they have put wheel arch damages on you, the its a false damage claim. I hired this car 6th March 2026, there was damage but I photographed it. (Luckily) took the car for a week, everything is fine. Returned the car.. suprise, surprise, they weren't there. "Put the key in the collection box" ok, I said. 1 hour 30 mins later I received an email, a damage report. So I immediately sent them my pictures with the time stamp asking them to check. They avoided it, and continued with the false damage report. They then deducted over 2000€ from my account, even though there was a dispute. They have strung this out for 3 weeks now, but their error??? They sent me a picture of said damage with their time stamp....10/11/2025. Please please do not use this company, many reviews are the same, its just completely unfair what they are doing to people. I imagine the car has been paid off by all the damage claims they have done to the public.

Maria O'Connor at service desk Orlando Sanford International Airport, I arrived March 2, 2026 and needed rental car to get to Vero Beach. I had rented via Costco. The rental was to be picked up at Orlando international in Orlando Fuqua Blvd. My mistake but Maria was supportive and pleasant and I had a rental car in 5 minutes. I was amazed and very delighted. She was calm and reassuring as I was upset at my mistake. She said it is a common thing and managed to turn it into a great experience!!!

URGENT: Fraud, 32 Unanswered Calls, and Financial Damages — Staunton & Waynesboro VATo Enterprise Corporate Leadership,I am putting this in writing because 32 phone calls over three days have produced zero results — only empty promises and what I can only describe as coordinated deflection.I made confirmed reservations through the Enterprise app at your Staunton, VA and Waynesboro, VA locations. Both stores called to cancel, claiming no vehicles were available. Your own app confirmed these reservations. Your corporate line then created new reservations — which the same stores rejected again. This loop repeated for three days while your representatives told me each time that the issue was being escalated to a regional manager. Both stores told me those regional managers were all simultaneously on vacation. Nobody called me back. Nobody resolved anything.What your corporate line is doing — confirming reservations they know or should know cannot be fulfilled, and repeatedly creating new ones while stores reject them — is deceptive at best. At worst it constitutes a deceptive business practice and I intend to report it as such.Because I trusted your confirmed reservation, I passed on a competitor who had vehicles available. That decision cost me. I am now paying nearly three times my original travel budget for a company function, a direct and documentable financial loss caused by your system’s failure.I am now taking the following steps simultaneously:— Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau— Filing a complaint with the Virginia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division— Posting a detailed public account on Google, Yelp, Reddit r/mildlyinfuriating, and social media tagging— Consulting with an attorney regarding small claims for documented financial damagesI still need a vehicle. TODAY. If someone with actual authority contacts me within 24 hours and resolves this, I will note the resolution in every public posting I make. If not, those posts go live and the complaints get filed.I have every confirmation number, every call log, every date and time, and the names of every representative I spoke with. I am prepared to produce all of it.

I made a reservation online for enterprise in Belmont, North Carolina at first they didn’t have any cars then finally I called the main office and they told me to go back down there because they had some coming in the person I dealt with his name was Bryce. Bryce was very rude very unprofessional and he just had horrible customer service.. I explained to him I had already made a reservation and everything had already been set, but he was set on the fact that I had to pay him a different price when and I had to explain to him three times the price I had been quoted and then finally, he accepted it, but not without having a nasty attitude. This is a person that does not belong in a company that deals with the public. He is very rude very unprofessional and it’s like he takes stuff personal as if is his business his cars as if he just run stuff I needed to keep the car an extra day but because of how bad he treated me I took the car back and just took a lift everywhere I needed to go. I’d rather spend extra money than deal with horrible customer service I went back and I spoke with the manager Anthony. He apologize and he tried to make things right, but nothing takes the place of horrible customer service when you have been dealing with the company for years I have been dealing with enterprise Rent-A-Car for over 10 years. I have never experience such horrible, horrible customer service and I just feel it. Everyone needs to know.

The cars looked like the came from the use car lot down the street. I canceled my reservation and drove my own vehicle because I knew it was better than what they tried to give me. I would look at the inventory they have first before using them. I love enterprise but I will not be using that location again.

My daughter was moving so we thought easiest thing to do was hire a van. Whilst the van was parked on the drive an Amazon van reversed and caught a bottom side panel with its back step. Damage was minimal, we obtained a quote that was around £350 for the damage. Enterprise however said they wanted £2500, would get the work done and refund anything that was left. They refunded £400. After numerous phone calls and emails, asking for an invoice and breakdown of work done, there had been no response at all. We are needing this information as there is a lot of difference between £350 and £2100. So we getting this looked into. Disgusting scammers.would not recommend at all. Month later and still nothing resolved.

This the third time that I've tried to hire a vehicle from enterprise -Bolton and every time the same the vehicle is delayed and your asked if you can either wait until its ready or can you comeback, to be honest this happening once is kind of ok but not 3 times !! The Bolton Branch need to sort their selves out, I had this organised for me by my insurance company and Enterprise arranged for me to pick the vehicle up 3 weeks ago and still its not ready and now I've lost a days pay due to their incompetence!
