A first class example of what customer service should be all about. The extremely pleasant lady could not have been more helpful. She understood my problem and took action straight away which means our gifted membership will be able to be used when we go away next week.

Prompt customer service after a disappointing day
I contacted customer service after purchasing tickets (online) ahead of a trip to Kirby Hall. Unfortunately the hall was closed on the day, due to "unforeseen circumstances". I sent an email that evening and the following morning received a response and advice that a refund had been sent.

Stonehenge school group visit
