Too far away for an exchange
Ordered a set of porcelain bows and sadly they showed up broken because of the lack of packaging. I’m in the States so a return would have been very costly. Thankfully I reached out and was refunded for my order.

Fabulous first-time shopping…
Fabulous first-time shopping experience. I purchased two pricy clothing items/accessories, and was very happy to see they arrived quickly and safely via international courier. Both items were as described and I will be leaving highly positive reviews on them also. I could not recommend end more for those hard to find fashion/designer items.

My parcel was not delivered and…
My parcel was not delivered and returned to storage before eventually being returned completely. I have had this issue before with end. I don’t know if it’s the courier or end but very annoying and wish there could be another way for the parcel to be delivered instead of just refunding it.
