I just printed my seventh motorcycle…
I just printed my seventh motorcycle shop manual using eManualOnline. Their system is very easy to use. I work on European motorcycles and scooters, and they have always had the shop manuals I need. Their customer service is excellent. No more searching e-bay or amazon for a used, greasy torn up manual!

Excellent company to deal with.I made an initial inquiry regarding a workshop manual for my Citroen C4 Grand Picasso. The reply was prompt and informative. After sending across my VIN number, a link was emailed to me for the correct manual. Within 20 minutes I'd paid, downloaded the file, and had the electronic manual up and running on my computer. All in all a very pleasant experience.I'd also ordered an additional workshop manual for my other car, a Mini Countryman.I can highly recommend eManualOnline.

eManualOnline provided a manual that covers the whole BMW / Mini range - fantastic. It works well albeit a little slowly on my old Mac but that could be the dodgy network I'm on at the moment too. I mean these manuals have everything. Every torque wrench setting, every maintenance procedure, your vehicle history and service manuals - fantastic!

They repeatedly sent me links with no file attached
They repeatedly sent me links to my ordered manual that had no file attached, so I asked for the file in PDF. Eventually they provided an OEM manual in software format requiring me to download several apps to read the large files that didn't even have the information needed to make my repairs ... only diagrams and lists of OEM part numbers. After several days and emails they repeatedly declined to offer a refund but instead insisted on having remote access to demonstrate the manual. Due to the delays caused and a deadline to have the car roadworthy; we eventually had to give the car to a mechanic. Very disappointed in the service, my wasted time and no refund for a useless manual ... I don't recommend this service.Footnote .... after their reply below and my complaint to PayPal; a full refund was offered on the condition I return 'mailed' the manual back to them. Of course this is not physically possible so I 'returned their email links'. No refund was paid!

I was having problems with receiving and opening the correct file.
I was having problems with receiving a manual that was not what i required. The help support responded quickly with the correct file and very clear instructions and links to get it downloaded and everything working as expected. Excellent help line.
