Just did first order with Elite Supps!! great communication through out process received order in Queensland before expected date witch is a major ✅ not much of a issue but was expecting a “Lucky Dip” as and online extra witch wasn’t in parcel but instead received a discount code for next order. Other than that happy with services.

Received Emerald Labs Ashwagandha…
Received Emerald Labs Ashwagandha Gummies in unusable condition — melted, clumped, covered in white residue, and not fit for consumption. I contacted Elite Supps with photos and a clear refund request, but was given a generic excuse and no remedy. Products should arrive in acceptable condition, and this one didn’t. Disappointing experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Can’t fault any product or supplements I've received, the emerald labs protein powder is amazing (It DOESN’T go all thick if you leave it sitting for 10min like all the other brands I’ve tried) I absolutely love the flavour of the chocolate one! I can’t fault any of it! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! 💯

A poor excuse for head of Customer Service
Alex Gordon - rude, dismissive, and ignores a customer's voicemail requesting a call back when they call him out on his behaviour. Certainly says something about a company when this is the head of customer service. Ash is pleasant and professional.
