Buyer Beware!
Buyer Beware! AVOID THIS COMPANY. They ship via SpeedX — 3rd-World-level service — so you will not get your order for many, many weeks or ever. Element Vape's customer service is super low level, so expect nothing from them except delayed, useless replies. Element Vape is likely running a scam here — or they are just incompetent.

Great Company, Amazing Prices
I found this company using Google search and I have been shopping on this site since. I am a deep dive shopper, I want to get the best price available.This companies prices are considerably lower than it's competitors. Great customer service as well.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. EXTREMELY slow shipping. My package has sat at the same hub in IL for 14 days. When reaching out for help I get told it will continue sitting and no other explanation. I will never order from them again.

Tracking and delay issues
I’ve ordered from Element Vape twice now, and unfortunately this second experience has been disappointing. I placed an order over $50 on 04/04/26 and noticed the tracking never became available. When I reached out to support, I was told to wait a few days due to “rare instances” of carriers not updating scans. I understand delays happen, but this situation goes beyond that.I’m now being told my package won’t arrive until the 14th (ten days after purchase) even though customers are required to pay for expedited shipping. The tracking information states that packages are transported by truck to a regional hub within five days, yet mine is still sitting in California with no movement.My first order went smoothly, so I expected the same level of reliability. As a new customer, this has been pretty disappointing. I hope Element Vape takes situations like this more seriously.

Super Service and Prices
Never any problems ordering. Products easily found. Price, even with shipping, is more inexpensive than what I pay locally. So glad I found Element Vape!
