Best price on the Internet on my TCL 55…
Best price on the Internet on my TCL 55 inch TV.They use they're own delivery man, Jimmy who called prior to delivery and was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely shop with these again, highly recommended.

Paid for delivery and picked a day, turned up 24hrs later than date picked.Product is fine and as described.Purchased via TopCashBack link, they’ve now refused to pay out. Had hundreds through them so know how to claim).

I can truly say this is one of the best…
I can truly say this is one of the best experiences I have had of dealing with any company at anytime in my life! I purchased a Tumble Dryer from electrical discount and to be honest I was a bit nervous as I had never heard of them before and was anxious about any after care, but the item was cheaper than anywhere else so I went with it. I was kept up to date about the purchase, the delivery was perfect and exactly on time. However when the item arrived there was a dent in the side ( this happens in warehouses I understand this having worked in an electrical shop myself, many years ago) My item wasn't even out the packaging and I took a photo of the dent, called Electrical Discount and this is when the magic happened, the phone was answered after a few rings by a person! The gentleman was lovely and helpful, he apologised, sent me an email asling me to reply with a photo of the damage. I said I'm not fussy for a replacement as it's so near xmas (this was a gift for my son but the damage was on the side so not too nticeable) it's a hassle for everyone to get a replacement but I would like a refund for an amount equating to the damage. This was agreed and a refund processed within half an ahour. Absoultely fantastic! I will get all of my electrical goods from this company in future. I also called back again today as I needed the serial number to register the guarantee. Again same lovely man emailed all the details within seconds. 10/10 Electrical discount UK and your Customer Service dept deserve a pay rise! Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service & Prompt Refund
I purchased a Montpellier cooker from Electrical Discount (Order No. 000013625), but there was a manufacturer's mechanical problem with the cooker.I informed Electrical Discount, and (at my request) they brought me a replacement cooker. Unfortunately, this second cooker also had the same problem: this problem was confirmed by the delivery driver, Jimmy. Thus, both cookers were returned.As the cooker was in the 14 day cooling off period, Electrical Discount refunded me immediately; in fact, within 24 hours. I found Simon to have been very helpful during this annoying period: I say annoying because Montpellier UK refused to accept the fault under their manufacturer's guarantee. The delivery and pick up service was also efficient, and Jimmy was very helpful in confirming the manufacturer's mechanical fault.Great customer service and very prompt in refunding. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Items not in stock yet still get charged.
They leave items on the website when they are no longer in stock. Take your money and tell you after. I presume to generate themself extra traffic.Be wary as you may waste your time and be without your funds unnecessarily.

Ordered was cancelled and refund is still not received
Bought a tumble dryer via amazon but it was cancelled without giving a reason. The following day the same item is found in the amazon but selling at a higher price. Yet the refund is still not received. It’s such a bad experience and I won’t buy from it again.

Don't rely on their delivery date
Ordered a tumble dryer on Sunday.The website gave a delivery day of Thursday, as did the confirmation email.Received a message from the courier mid morning on Thursday, having stayed at home for the delivery, giving me a time slot on Friday. Tracking shows that the order wasn't uploaded to them until Wednesday.The courier was fine and it was delivered on Friday, the problem appears to be down to EDUK.Taking a day at home to wait for a delivery is NOT trivial and this could have been avoided if EDUK simply organised themselves better and communicated with the courier & their customers.
