Volusian or ejuiceconnect.com or any other name they go by are really bad. How many businesses have multiple names? After weeks of being out of stock I ordered ejuice. Five days have gone by and still haven't shipped my order. Call their "customer service" and no answer. Sent emails and no reply. They charged my card at time of order and no shipment. Last order it took 2 weeks to ship. I'm done with them. They're cheaper on juice but charge $15 for basic ground shipment. So it's a savings wash.

I purchased 2 packs of coils for my OXVA vape and when I received my order they had sent me the wrong size coils. I ordered the 3ml and they sent me the 2ml. I emailed them the same day with no response. I even called them and left a message with no return call. I have now tried to get ahold of them several times and I have heard nothing from them. I do not recommend this company. There are far better ones out there that have excellent customer service. This store absolutely does not. They do not communicate and unfortunately if they send you the wrong item you are stuck with it.

Placed an order on ejuiceconnect.com and the tracking read that it never left Florida (which is where they are located). It took a bit to hear back from someone, but Karla said that if the order was not delivered or found by a certain date then I would be refunded. Unfortunately, the USPS lost the package but Ejuiceconnect did refund my order. Figured I would give them another try as their prices are the lowest out there and they did make things right.

WA Residents Beware: Support admits shipping flaws but refuses refundsI placed an order on Jan 5th and paid for 5-day shipping. My shipping label was created on Jan 6th. It is now Jan 19th and my package is currently sitting in Alaska.When I contacted support, agent "Karla" admitted in writing that she "sees this happen" with other Washington orders. Despite knowing their shipping method fails for this region, they still charge for 5-day delivery and refuse to issue a refund. They are knowingly selling a service they cannot fulfill and holding customer money hostage. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am disputing the $31.26 charge with my bank.Because of their shipping failure and refusal to refund, I had to spend an additional $45 at a local shop just to get the products I originally ordered on Jan 5th. This company's negligence has now cost me double my original budget.

Not sure why they come up as “Volusion” on here as it does them a dis service as it confuses people but I will say this. E juice connect is by far not even close the best vape retailer on the internet hands down. The selection, pricing , speed of delivery and response time to customer service emails is unmatched . I have probably placed over 30 orders with them in the last year and everyone has been flawless. I think in the last year I have only ordered from one other company once because of the one thing I wanted, they didn’t have in stock and I was in a pinch to get new pods. Just goes to show how low their pricing truly is when you go to your local vape shop and you find yourself paying 3X more than they charge. I will only ever shop at ejuice connect in the future.

This place has the best customer service I have ever experienced with any ejuice company, and I have shopped with so many over my 15 years of switching off cigs. They also have some of the lowest prices out of anyone out there. They were out of a juice I ordered and they went above and beyond to help me get another juice in place of it. They won me over that day, I had been using them for awhile before this and never needed customer service but when I did they were so awesome!

Coils went bad after less than a day of use, and I primed the coil and waited 10 min, took a few dry hits without firing up the device, and I set the wattage 20w less than recommended. Shipping also takes a week and is $10.

Returning customer for years now. I have made a dozen or so purchases (bulk juice mostly) and they have 100% accuracy with every order. I love that I can get my juice for under a third of the price that I can from local stores. I have also bought mods and coils from them at a better price than I can find anywhere. Everything is 100% legit. I also LOVE the coupon codes. Even 10% off of my purchases always makes me feel like I'm getting a couple 100ml bottles for free.
