All good quality with this company
All good quality with this company. I ordered my products and they came in a timely fashion the quality is excellent. The one issue I did have with one product was 100% dealt with with amazing customer service and the issue was resolved. Definitely will tell my friends about this company. 👍👍

Terriable Company
Refused to let me cancel because it was taking too long, now its lost somewhere or stolen and can only get a replacement with a signature.

Ivy: The Most Lovely Customer Care Rep
My vibe broke, so I wrote them an email explaining that it was new and this shouldn’t have broken so quickly. Ivy totally heard me, responded promptly, and offered a nice solution! They were very kind in their explanation, wording, and response time! Truly a lovely customer service experience for me <3

The antibacterial cleanser I bought with my order came with a loose cap, and about half the liquid spilled out in the package. I wasn't sure anything would be done, but I called anyway, and Anna was SO sweet and empathetic!! A replacement cleanser is on the way. Thank you again so so much ma'am 🫂 Will definitely be ordering from EdenFantasys again!
