I was booking a flight from Sweden

I was booking a flight from Sweden, and prices were shown with a "kr" denomination, so as anyone would, I assumed it detected my IP as swedish and set the currency accordingly to swedish krona. Later I checked the charge, and it was charged in danish krona, making it more than 1000 swedish krona (100 eur) expensive than it should have been. Contacted their customer support to resolve this, and they were unable to help and said I should have checked the currency. I had to refund the flight for a cost. Fix your site, use SEK and DKK denominations, not kr, and for good measure add some flags. If they had apologized and refunded the flight without a charge, I would have rebooked the flight in SEK, but I will now be rebooking with a different airline now because it feels like they do not care at all.

Live Chat Experience

Fantastic customer experience on live chat with Wisam. A silly mistake on my part could've been an expensive correction, but Wisam was polite, friendly, personable and saved the day. I couldn't speak higher of the service they've provided and this will influence my decision to fly with easyJet again. I hope I get to speak to Wisam further to confirm how much I appreciated their assistance. easyJet, whatever you are paying Wisam, tripple it!!

Please make your app more simple to use

EasyJet is a great airline that does what it is meant to with efficiency and friendly staff. It is only let down by a sub par and backwards app, hence 4 stars instead of 5. Please get someone to update it.I will still continue to support the airline though I might just grumble to myself about your IT system.

Title: ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL – Leaving a heart patient stranded and lying about "weather"Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆I would give zero stars if I could. easyJet has cancelled BOTH my outbound and return flights from Larnaca to Glasgow, showing a complete lack of regard for passenger safety or basic human decency.They cancelled my flight home tonight (April 4th) with just a few hours' notice, claiming "extraordinary weather circumstances." This is a blatant lie. I checked the live arrivals board—every other airline, including Jet2 from Paphos, landed in Glasgow perfectly on time. They clearly cancelled for their own economic reasons and tried to hide behind a fake excuse to avoid paying compensation.Worst of all, I am a cardiac patient with an urgent appointment with my heart surgeon this Tuesday. When I explained this, easyJet couldn't have cared less. They offered me no help and no comparable reroute, forcing me to pay hundreds of pounds out of my own pocket for a Jet2 flight to Newcastle and a 3-hour train journey just to make sure I don't miss life-saving medical care.To top it all off, they have already cancelled my return flight later this month, moving it back by 4 days without any valid explanation.This is not an airline; it’s a shambles. If you have any medical conditions or actually need to be somewhere on time, DO NOT BOOK EASYJET. They will lie to your face, leave you stranded, and leave you to foot the bill for their failures.Absolutely disgusting service. See you in court for the UK261 claim.
