I would give them ZERO stars if possible…they had my very new (still under warranty) hair dryer since early November. Long story short…they emailed me that the dryer was out of warranty (3 months later). In fact, they had LOST the dryer….They did send a new Aural dryer (which I did not need as I had already purchased one.Then, my V-12 vacuum (very new and under warranty) died around Christmas…I’m STILL waiting for the replacement they promised me. Nothing yet…heading into 4 months…just AWFUL AWFUL customer service by a company that charges premium pricing.Appalling. Buy a Miele vacuum…forget Dyson.

I ordered a replacement battery on March 19, and as of today, March 25, I still haven’t received it. When I called yesterday, I was told the order was on backorder. Then today, when I followed up again, I was told the item had been returned to the sender. Completely different stories with no clear explanation.I asked if they could overnight a replacement since I rely on this battery for my business and am losing money every day without it. The representative said she spoke to a supervisor and they refused to expedite shipping or offer any kind of solution. No urgency, no accountability, no effort to help.What’s even more frustrating is that Dyson never reached out to me about any issue with my order. They clearly have my phone number, but made no attempt to notify me. If I hadn’t called, I would still be completely in the dark.This level of customer service is unacceptable. I will never buy or recommend Dyson products again. Do not order directly from them—it’s not worth the aggravation.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with the Dyson Airwrap. After only about one year of use, the device began to fail in multiple ways. The airflow became very weak and inconsistent, the barrels stopped wrapping hair properly, and most concerning, the handle started overheating and the unit would shut off during use.The overheating issue is especially alarming. This is not just a performance problem—it is a potential safety concern. A product at this price point should not be overheating at the handle during normal use.I contacted Dyson customer support expecting a straightforward replacement under warranty, given the severity of the issue. Instead, I was directed to go to a service center that is far from my location, which is not practical for someone with a busy schedule. After pushing back, I was offered a mail-in repair that can take 14–21 business days.For a premium product, this solution is extremely inconvenient. Being without the device for weeks, especially when the issue appears to be a defect rather than user error, is frustrating and disappointing. I also followed all recommended maintenance, including cleaning the filter and properly caring for the device, so this is not due to misuse.

I have to say, Dyson's parts ordering process is a real disappointment for a company of this size and reputation. I recently ordered a replacement battery directly from their website, and the wait time is 3 to 4 weeks — or longer. That is completely unacceptable in 2026. Amazon, Walmart, and Target can process, ship, and deliver products within 1 to 2 days. There is no excuse for a global brand like Dyson to have such an outdated fulfillment system for basic replacement parts. If you are in the market for a new vacuum, I'd seriously consider switching to a competing brand that actually has its logistics together. Shark is the most obvious alternative — their vacuums are highly rated, competitively priced, and replacement parts are widely available on Amazon with Prime 1-2 day shipping. Miele is another strong option if you want a premium build, and their parts are readily available through multiple channels. Even Bissell handles parts fulfillment far better than Dyson does. A company that makes you wait a month for a battery to keep your vacuum running has lost sight of what customer service means. My next vacuum will not be a Dyson.

I dislike this vacuum and have had many issues since it was given to me as a gift several years ago. The battery has been replace several times and I constantly need to clear the hose from my dogs hair. Ill go back to my electric Bissell or Rainbow. I HATE THIS VACUUM. after a full overnight charge I can only clean 1 room. The cost of a new battery is rediculous.

Purchased the cordless outsize and plastic wheel parts broke after a year and a half. Dyson claimed that is normal wear and tear. Only option is to purchase a whole new motor bar for half the cost I'd the entire vacuum. Chat robot was useless finally got a live agent who was snarky and rude. Will never buy one of these overpriced pieces of junk again.

over the course 5 days i purchased a Dyson 360 nav robot vacuums and I wouldn't recommend it. it was delivered by fed ex at 4;30 pm ..i started setting up at 5:00PM it is now 8:pm and it continues to stop at the point where you hold down a purple spot on the screen where its supposed to start connecting it hasn't connected yet i have powered down my phone, powered off the robot mulitple times, disconnected and reloaded the app..i will be returning it . it will run without the app but it requires a USB card which has to be ordered and then you lose some of the benefits of the app most important to me would be automatic updates i could care less about the mapping just wanted to have a second option for cleaning certain areas, i keep a pretty clean place so its not like i am looking to deep clean my house this seemed like USEFUL TOOL BUT IT LOOKS USELESS...i have read reviews most high points was the suction power, i guess i'll never find out. not sure if i will look at another brand.

Own 4 big&quiet air purifier and 3 of them started to smell like feces making use impossible. Went through all the troubleshooting and also purchased replacement hepa filters. Still was not fixed and realized that it was the carbon filter that was causing the problem. called customer service for replacement carbon filter for under warranty. First they said it was a faulty machine and that I would need to bring in the machine to their store. Did not want to even mention the carbon filter which is noted as a known problem. Also said that after 3 months of purchase, if the machine smells, it is the owner’s faulty maintenance. I have been cleaning and taking care of the machines throughout, so it was kinda funny how they tried to put the blame on the customer. Gave up and just purchased the carbon filter with my own money. If the machine is going to smell like feces (after being used in a normal residence) after 3 months, isn’t it in fact the fault of the manufacturer? And that was 3 machines out of 4 owned.
