Not the experience I expected
First, the app is just not it! The app seems broken, takes long to load. Second, I ordered 3 items and the one item that was keenly eyeing on trying, was not even delivered, they said on the app, that the item was cancelled. Lastly, even though there is a store available in my city, there was no option for me to pick up the order at the nearest location to avoid the 9 dollar shipping?.. I don’t understand why 9 dollars for standard shipping. And no option to pick up at store for less fees or no fees even. That’s sad and just not a very good experience.

5 star service!
Came into the store lookingFor a “girls night outfit”. Was thrilled staff just pulled me some outfits andMade everything fast and easy! I was in the store with my 3 children under 6 years old. We left with a handful of outfits the lovely stylist put together for me. I left my card at the till by accident. Staff sent me and email and I was able to recover it. Was so happy that they let me know I left my debt card in the store.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Ordered a giftcard on Sunday . Never received it . Spoke to 4 agents that “ opened “ a case they never worked and told me I would be reimbursed for my troubles and still get my giftcard sent . My giftcard finally got sent on Tuesday , with no response from dynamite. Will never order again

sales girl was phenomenal
sales girl was phenomenal. She went over her way to help me find the right dress. She gave her opinions that were very helpful and everyone in the store I find is very helpful and very knowledgable and very nice.

Best customer service!
Shopping at the Upper Canada Dynamite location and was blown away by how helpful the service was! Sara went above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfits. I typically don't shop for "dressy" clothes as I work in healthcare and am always in scrubs at work and at home I'm in workout clothes. Sara made shopping easy and enjoyable! Thank you :)
