Elegance on a table
Fantastic style table cloth , I love ruffels and frills in my cottage , colours are perfect for my green kitchen with cream.The material appears nice and thick , it hasn't been washed yet so I cannot comment on washing results. .

The delivery service they use does not…
The delivery service they use does not deliver. I ordered some items a week ago today and they have still not arrived. We were promised on or before the 1st of April. The date has passed and still they haven't been delivered and are not out for delivery either. We scheduled our work for the Easter break to enable us to have time to get on with the job. This cannot now happen and has put us behind with our work.

‼️‼️‼️⚠️⚠️⚠️I bought the Ashton Waffle duvet set ( Stone) King Size (duvet and 2 pillow cases) plus 2 extra matching pillow cases (for a 4 pillow bed) from Bury St Edmunds store 4 days ago 30/3/2026This morning I discovered the poorly made duvet cover had come unstitched along a 10 cm section at the side after using for only 3 DAYS!!My first choice was to exchange the same set for a non faulty replacement. I had the inconvenience of returning to the store 15 miles away with fuel at £1.85 a litre..I then was told thus make is now discontinued and not available anymore in King size. Disappointedly my only option was to request a refund. The store Duty Manager, Toby, refused to refund the extra 2 matching pillowcases as “ they were not faulty and due to health and safety as they had been used”.?!?!?!‼️‼️THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNREASONABLE as they are of no use to me without the faulty set and they would not have been returned if the duvet hadn’t fallen apart after 3 days use! Even head office said it would not override the managers decision.. surely there has to be some understanding to the situation as 1) the set was faulty 2)the set is discontinued and cannot be replaced 3) extra pillow cases are to be used in addition to the two only provided in the set.. they would have no use without the set4) I had a 30 mile round trip with fuel at £1.85 a litre and needed for more important journeys I would definitely not be considering buying from Dunelm again if this is literally their ridged policy with absolutely no room for sensible understanding 👎👎Their standards are not what they used to be ..

Jeni gets full marks
I have just been to the Feltham store to make a purchase and collect 4 dining chairs. I was served by Jeni. She is an absolute credit to Dunelm. She was friendly and helpful, she smiled throughout our encounter. Jeni also helped my to the car with by collection of 4 dining chairs. Thank you so very much. I really display of perfect customer service.

Very easy online ordering
Very easy online ordering. Good choices and prices. Ordered a anti slip mat. Very good quality and really does stop mat slipping. Very good delivery.

Disappointed
I placed an order for super king duvet cover, fitted sheet and Duvet. The Duvet should have been super king but came as a double. I did contact customer services they where no help what so ever, they tried to make out I had ordered the wrong size even though my on line receipt said super king. Very poor service I shall not be using them in future.

DO NOT USE CLICK AND COLLECT SHAMBLES CUSTOMER SERVICE
Order placed 19th March, £44 taken from bank for item with collection 21st March in store. Been showing as order received since 19th March but never progressed.5 online chats over 2 weeks and several wasted hours. 22/3 “ you’ll get an email when it’s ready”24/3 give us 48-72 hours for update. 26/3 now given a case number and wait 3 working days for update. 31/ 3 we’ve contacted the store , wait 48 hours for update2/4 the store hasn’t replied so a ticket raised for IT to refund which will be another 7 days (with Easter break add another 4!) Asked to speak to a Manager and was told no point as they can’t refund any quicker.So no money , no goods but thank you for your patience😂😂Totally unacceptable , DO NOT USE CLICK AND COLLECT FOR THIS COMPANY…SHAMBLES

Dunelm Horsham, no manned tills, really, goodbye.
Dunelm Horsham have now done away with their checkouts, and have replaced them with self service!Today was our last visit, we won't be going there again, I'll use Amazon from now on.
