Misleading delivery time

Did anything online ordering tell us that they dont ship on fridays.ordered thurs didnt ship till tuesday.took 11 days to get .no updates.came too late ,i returned to store in reno nv and did not get shipping refund, even tho cs said they would.nice but helpless clerks said call cust service.worst service ever

What the heck happened to them!

What the heck happened to them!? They used to be a decent spot to get shoes. Now, x2 within the past 6 months I purchased discounted tennis shoes and dress shoes from them and both times the shoes received were used returns from another shopper. The internal shipping label even noted it came from "Returns." Sorry, not sorry...end of an era for them unfortunately.

Worst customer service they lie and tell you fed ex tracking numbers its all a lie do not order online its a fake shoe warehouse..i had to beg for a refund...ai customer service too..i still cant believe the worst service

I ordered shoes with same day delivery

I ordered shoes with same day delivery. They arrived late, but that was just the beginning. Delivery came and when I opened the bag, they sent me an open box of fully laced up sneakers, not a new pair. I called the store and the manager there was rude and arrogant and offered me no help. I am a first time customer and wonder what the hell they are thinking. Some experience, huh?

DSW Is Not A Good Company

I ordered 2 pair shoes, and the first pair of shoes was canceled the 2nd day. The other pair shipping schedule was changed 3 times and still haven't received them in 10 days. I called to cancel, and the representative that can't speak English well, said he couldn't canceled it. Buyer don't waste your time with this company.

Wrong shoe size sent

Wrong shoe size sent, ai customer service at first. Then difficult to understand representative who seemed to intentionally drag out and repeat themselves to annoy you. The whole thing seemed like it was to get you to give up and just keep the shoes sent .

If you’re thinking of ordering…

If you’re thinking of ordering something online from DSW; don’t! I waited over a week for the shoes I ordered and kept receiving notification that they would be delivered on two different dates. I finally reached out to DSW via their chat, and was told sorry, the shoes aren’t in stock so we will give you a refund. Had they let me know in a timely manner that the shoes were no longer available, I could have purchased them somewhere else rather than waiting 11 days for my shoes to arrive. So save yourself time and aggravation, and don’t order online from DSW!

DO NOT TRY TO ORDER ONLINE. Find a store. I went through 2 online orders for an item to never receive it, after months. The first one was lost in the mail so they issued a reorder. I got an emailing that the item had "shipped" with a tracking number and everything. Then when i still never received that item after a long time, I contacted customer service, again, only to find out that after they put in for the replacement the item went out of stock.... This I don't understand as i already got shipping with tracking?? And how do you not tell your customers that an item they're waiting for is out of stock and will never arrive? Im so confused and will never order from here again. Not worth the hassle. I'm sure the item is fine but if you cant receive it then what good is it?

Was told there was a 60 day return…

Was told there was a 60 day return policy, ( absolutely no mention of they can't be worn) how am I supposed to know if they are going to be comfortable and their so-called water proofing is going to work without wearing them,$115 for garbage. WE WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN ¡!!!!!!!!!
