My New Favorite; Amazing Scents and Effortless Experience
I ordered three Dossier perfumes for the first time, and I was very skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. They turned out to be very good. I chose scents inspired by originals I already own, and the smell was very similar, with impressive longevity throughout the day. On top of that, the customer service and return process were excellent; very easy, smooth, and fast.

Recommend them for all your girly scent needs. A mistake was made within my order. They were quick to acknowledge it, rectify the issue, and mail new scents out. Reliable honest company. 10/10 would recommend.

I could not log in to my account
I could not log in to my account. I sent a customer service email on a Sunday evening, and I had a response when I logged into my email on Monday morning, from an actual person, not an AI generated responce

1st Order
This was my first time ordering from Dossier- amazon shipping marked my order as undeliverable (I think they are lying) and Dossier refunded my order right away! So although I didn’t get my order Dossier has the best customer service!! They are so helpful and friendly- I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to order fragrances!

Good scent profiles
Good scent profiles for a good price. Allows customers to try iconic fragrances for a fraction of the price. I forgot to add the 3 ml sample I was curious about and contacted customer service. They replied promptly and addressed it

Order mixup & Poor packaging of the replacement
I made an order of two different fragrances: Woody Sandalwood and Fruity Oakmoss. However, I received the Fruity Oakmoss and Spicy Mimosa. So after a couple of email exchanges, they offered to send a replacement to the same address (which I had indicated was a temporary one for that particular order, and I had left). The individual who received the package indicated it came poorly packaged. They sent photos. The box was dismantled in a way, the perfume was below the usual placement area, and the packaging paper on the side. It was so bad. I love their fragrances, however, this was a disappointment.

Way to go Dossier!
I purchased 4 fragrances so far. Ambery saffron, Ambery Vanilla, floral marshmallow and powdery tobacco. I like the first 3. They're not overpowering, but soft and feminine. Very nice. But the last one is absolutely exceptional to me by far. It is strong to start but the dry down is beautiful. I can smell the tobacco and vanilla perfectly, I love the woodiness, very well blended. This will be a phenomenal fragrance in the winter! Excellent job Dossier!

Bribery from Dossier over negative review(s)
Response :For proof my order # was Order # 3853525 I appreciate the response, but I want to clarify that the issue wasn’t just the experience “not meeting expectations.”My order never shipped, and after multiple attempts to resolve it through support, I had to go through my bank to get my money back.Additionally, the only follow-up I received months later was an offer of a free product if I removed my review, which didn’t address the original issue.If there’s a genuine effort to make this right, it would need to start with acknowledging what actually happened.......Ordered multiple perfumes from Dossier during Black Friday and they never even shipped.I reached out to customer support multiple times and only received generic responses until communication eventually stopped altogether. I had no choice but to go through my bank to dispute the charges and get my money back.What’s most concerning is that 5 months after the purchase (and 4 months after I won the dispute), they contacted me offering one free perfume if I removed my negative review.There was no real acknowledgment of the original issue—no accountability for the missing order or the lack of support—just an offer tied to removing the review.This experience felt very disappointing overall and quite shady, especially given the lack of resolution and delayed response.

buying from dossier
i always love buying fragrances, but buying from dossier was one of my favorites. i found their Musky Green Tea fragrance from a very good friend and i was instantly hooked. at first when i purchased i made a small mistake when writing my address so i emailed the team. they responded instantly and fixed my mistake for me immediately! such amazing people and amazing product. thank you again dossier for making me smell amazing and feel confident 🤍
