I’m a door dash driver and I recommend not to work for door dash! They don’t paid what they offered and on top of that door dash haven’t paid me past offers delivery money. New user don’t used this app!

Trying to set up my account for 6 weeks…
Trying to set up my account for 6 weeks but my personal info keeps getting deleted customer service tells me to keep doing it over and over again until I got locked out of my account just looking to make a few extra bucks but I'm highly disappointed at this time I would not recommend any one ever works for door dash there is plenty of other competitors in the same type of market

Stole a lot of money from me or there driver stole the iPad idk order got cancelled due to inconvenience on there side I’ve been waiting 2 days for my $ nothing was received I was gifted door dash cards and claimed them to order a iPad and I’m still waiting for both lol this app sucks and will never be using it again haven’t I’ve received my $

Don’t use door dash you are better with…
Don’t use door dash you are better with UBER ESTS or grubhub or anything else . They have left my food on the ludida bldg on the floor , I got a order that someone took a bite out of. It’s gross negligence cans when you call them for help they just say too bad too sad . Their drivers most of the time are not the person in the picture . They provide horrible customer service !!

DoorDash sucks
DoorDash sucks. The drivers never look at the delivery instructions. They always deliver to the wrong place or they keep it who know what they do with it and then when you don’t get it you still have to pay for it. When I called they said they were issuing the refund but a week later I still didn’t get it and called again to find out that I’m not eligible for a refund and no reason given to why. An absolute trash company.

If I could rate this company at a zero…
If I could rate this company at a zero I would. I ordered food from Hy-Vee, the dasher took a blurry picture of a bag with the name Hy-Vee on it saying it was mine. It wasn't. Not only did I not get my food, I also didn't get my money back. Which basically is stealing. I'm all done with this company

Deleted my account because Mapbox navigation kept sending drivers to an incorrect address
I deleted my customer account because their Mapbox navigation system kept showing my address as an incorrect address I couldn't get rid of. I went into my account and they had my address right, but the navigation system kept sending the drivers license the wrong address. I even tried adjusting the pin locator but it would say my real address is too far from the incorrect address and wouldn't let me adjust it. I called customer service three times and they could never explain how I could get rid of the incorrect address. So now I won't use Doordash or any retailer who contracts with them for delivery.

They delivered our order to the neighbor's house!
They delivered our order to the neighbor's house. I have bronchitis and had to walk over to get our food and got all out of breath. Also, my neighbor's saw me in my robe and pajamas.
