30 minute window to cancel an order? Outrageous. When you place an order which isn’t going to ship for at least 5 days you should be able to cancel at any time before. EVERY decent online store allows this. Buying a gift? Well you better make sure you order it a couple of weeks before as you won’t be able to cancel, so if it’s going to be late as in my case, tough. You’ll have to return it and wait up to 14 days for a refund.Your website doesn’t even lead to an email address for contact, you are sent in circles by your useless chat bot. Last time I buy anything from Disney UK, which is fast gaining a reputation as a terrible company.

I don't recommend ordering anything from Disney store because I have not received my item it's my birthday today I tried to tell them that it's not arrived and it was ordered 20tf Feb all they keep giving me exsus all the time I even paid for next day delivery yet nothing arrived I'm so angry they should send me same bag again free of charge and refund me fully on the Cinderella cross body bag free of charge the way that they don't care is unprofessional unacceptable very very bad take your money don't deliver is bad especially for Disney too

Ordered an interactive buzz and woody for my son's birthday. We specifically ordered from Disney to get the official Disney boxes from the toy story films as my son likes collecting things. The buzz arrived with a rip in the box that would've been ripped before they sent it. The woody box was badly damaged due to poor packaging and sending with Evri who are renowned for lack of care. I complained to Disney and they wanted me to send my kids birthday presents back to organise an exchange. I explained his birthday was the following day and they wouldn't budge. Obviously I wasn't going to deny my child of their birthday presents. They then offered a measly 10% partial refund. Again they wouldn't budge. For a brand built on magic and child experience, they are really spoilt my kids birthday. None of the people I spoke to offered any genuine empathy and were more concerned about policy than anything else.

Placed an order and received an order confirmation straight away. Paid extra for next day delivery. Tracked it and order cannot be found. Went on the online chat, spoke to someone who advised they can't locate my order either despite me having a confirmation email and payment taken! Had to escalate it to "experts" and have the pleasure of waiting 3 working days for a response. Shocking!

Awful customer service & multiple errors. The online chat is also very frustrating as I was cut off numerous times. Definitely not feeling the Disney magic and would not recommend anyone ordering from them.

My parcel went missing through EVRI. EVRIs customer service despite losing my parcel was much better than the Disney cast members. I got disconnected from the chat 5 times before being informed that depite being advertised at the point of sale that that delivery would be 3-5 working days disney had a disclaimer on their FAQ page that parcels may be delayed in December. And they would not pursue action. Even though my parcel had been 'out for delivery' for 4 days and clearly lost. If Disney had acted at my request to replace the parcel they would have maintained the sale. Order from elsewhere if your time and mental health is precious to you.

Santa bought a load of disney products during black friday for our kids first xmas. The package was lost/too big to deliver/returned to sender by everi (they couldn’t make their mind up which is was) and disney have been slow to respond and completely unhelpful in resolving the situation. A long story short we did not receive the disney order for xmas and had to ask santa for other gift very very last minute! Thank Disney/Everi for ruining what should have been a special xmas. I’m shocked at how poor Disney handled this as I’d very high opinions of Disney before this. Everi on the other hand this is just normal service so cannot comprehend why disney would use them.

I recently ordered a Frozen Castle from Disney. The first was showing delivered by to my home by DHL. However the parcel had not been delivered. On that occasion I ended up making a claim via PayPal due to lack of response from Disney. Because the price was so much cheaper at Disney I ordered the castle again but chose to have it delivered to my local post office. This time Evri couriers emailed me to say they had the parcel and would deliver it to my post office later that day. It never arrived and there were no further updates on the tracking. I emailed Disney and they replied immediately to inform me they were sending me a replacement. I received a further tracking email from Evri to say they were expecting the parcel. After several days there were no further updates. Then I got an email from Disney informing me of a refund. Three parcels attempted with 100% failure. Disney, do yourself a favour and use Royal Mail for UK orders.
