If so could leave zero stars I would.
If so could leave zero stars I would.Restarted subscriptions using my wife’s email (happy to disclose if they bother to reply) and the money was instantly taken from our account but the account kept getting the message “restart subscription”.Went to live chat where I provided the evidence and gave the account details again and all they said was is there another email as there’s no active subscription under that account. Then proceeded to ignore me on their live chat for the next ten minutes before I gave up.Won’t be given them another penny ever.

Utter rubbish
Disney should be ashamed of!Walt would never have let this level of absolute absurdity happen. This app is absolute garbage.It jitters, cuts cuts out, needs constant updates.It’s utterly ridiculous. Disney… seriously- get a grip!!!!

Household Enforcement System That Blocks Actual Households
Disney+ has managed to create one of the most counter‑productive “anti‑sharing” systems I’ve ever encountered. I was blocked from using the service inside my own home, on my own devices, on my own Wi‑Fi network. My phone logs in without issue, but my Xbox — connected to the exact same router — is treated as if it belongs to a different household entirely. The only way to access the service is to pretend I’m “away from home”, which is absurd when I’m sitting in my living room.This isn’t account security. It’s a poorly designed filter that misidentifies legitimate users and then offers no functional way to correct the mistake. If Disney wants to enforce household rules, they should at least build a system capable of distinguishing between genuine account sharing and their own customers trying to watch TV in their own house.Right now, the message this sends is simple: Disney+ can’t reliably identify a household, and the customer pays for their technical shortcomings.

Paid the 15 euro premium subscription…
Paid the 15 euro premium subscription only to find out I cannot even watch the 4k or HD video quality because it's NOT AVAILABLE ON PC. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS AND JUST GO SAIL THE SEAS INSTEAD. NOT WORTH IT.

Doesn't work when you travel. Don't buy it if you're taking your kids on a trip.
Purchase this service to help entertain the kids. Going on a trip. Said it could be used when you travel but no you can't it's region locked. No way around the locks VPN doesn't work. Don't expect this to work when you travel. I guess I didn't read all the fine print traveled means go to your mother's house down the street. Not to another country.
