Bad products
I order one of item is two brushes made in Spain. One is fine and another one no cap and lose, so I got replaced brush but hair bent. They kept asking I have to fix it by myself (???)

Back Order Shipments
The same backorder problem. Money out of ur account right away! Called a few times c)service makes u feel like u misunderstood. No notification email advising back ordered product. It was just a surprise! U could not cancel. Already been shipped and u get it sometime dumped right to door. Made me furious! There are other sites who don't make u feel like "u just do not understand and we can violate ur bank account and you can't do anything about it! Never ever again and I don't suppose u feel bad about ripping people off with ur "back order products" sincerely kjp

Custom service made it right
My total order was not delivered but I called customer service and they delivered the remainder of my order within a few days.
