I bought an item of clothing that did not match my order. I requested a refund without the possibility of return, but I later noticed that it indicated "agreement reached," as if I had agreed to return the item, which is false because I never agreed on anything.

I’m writing this review as a frustrated consumer. I ordered an item and the wrong item was sent. DHgate wants me to pay for shipping to send it back to China before they would offer me a refund on the item have contacted customer service and opened a dispute. They “resolved “the dispute by sending me an email that I will get my refund as soon as I ship the item back to China. I have no way to contact customer service as they have closed the dispute. This is horrific customer service. I will never order anything from DHgate again and buyer beware with this business. My guess is that DHgate will respond to this review and tell me to contact customer service. They want to try to look like they’re being accommodating, but I have already been in contact with customer service three times and they closed the case and I am out the money with the wrong item. I would be more than happy to send it back if they would just send me a shipping label. But they expect me to pay shipping back to China.

i ordered some shirts off there, i got sent the wrong size and now they are making me make a shipping number from scratch through the app which i can not do. the customer service is absolutely useless don’t buy from this site.

1 is a compliment, rarely use these cheap junk/rubbish selling platforms, now I know why. Just avoid or donate to some charity what you are going to spend.

On February 16, I placed an order for a significant amount of money. Today is March 29, and I still haven’t received my package. I decided to open a dispute on DHgate, but the support team awarded the full amount to the seller—even though the DHL tracking clearly shows the status: “The shipment does not meet our dispatch conditions.”Additionally, it’s visible that the package was supposed to be returned to the sender, but they never picked it up. Despite this, the dispute was resolved as if it were my fault (honestly, it’s beyond words). I’ve been left with neither my money nor the items I ordered.I strongly advise against buying there, as they seem to support fraudulent sellers. I hope someone from DHgate will contact me regarding this issue.Order number: 316962978313

I ordered a piece of clothing from DHgate. It arrived on time. However, the measurements that they provided on the item description regarding sizing were off by a significant amount. I opened a dispute. DHgate said that they would refund me the cost of the clothing item, but I had to pay shipping. I should not be responsible for shipping when it was their mistake. I have had no successful resolution at all. I would like to be able to adjust this review if they were to do the right thing. However, shipping the item back costs more than the item itself. Absolutely horrible customer service.Follow up: I see that someone from DHgate has responded to this review. I find it interesting that they asked me to contact customer service which I’ve already done repeatedly. Contacting customer service three times has done nothing so far so please don’t reply and suggest that I contact customer service because it obviously does no good. Three strikes… you’re out.

I purchased an item on DHGATE. When I collected my item at the post office I was charged extra for the shipping. I mentioned this to DHGATE and the representatives Janli and Mayz together helped me negotiate an amicable solution. I'm very impressed with how DHGATE handled my situation. Very fair. Because of this result, I am more than happy to continue to purchase from DHGATE. When I have a bad experience I am happy to report it, but just as much I'm also happy to report a positive transaction. So congratulations DHGATE, you have made a honest customer very happy. I've already purchased another item from your store. Looking after customers is positive for both the customer,seller and DHGATE as a whole. Good work DHGATE and thank you.
