Damaged poster - no refund
The package arrived open at the pick-up point. It was clear that the poster was damaged. I refused to accept the package, and asked Desenio for a refund. The refund was denied because I "did not file the refund properly". Extremely poor Customer service - no poster, money lost

DESENIO US carries a vast collection of fashionable posters and frames that completely changed my living room wall into a chic gallery, the colors really stood out after hanging, and the paper quality was very good considering the price. Delivery to the US was fast, and the packaging was so thorough that the products arrived without a single crease or any damage. The only slight problem was that assembling one frame took a bit of extra effort because its fittings were very tight, but the overall value in combination with the design choices available is what is making this a preferred source of reasonably priced art for me.

I did not realise you had to put the prints in the frames yourself, as if they were photos. I also thought the prints would not be paper posters. At least the colours were correct.

Unhelpful customer service
I had an email confirming my order then no further communication. I contacted the company for an update and received unhelpful and, quite frankly, bizarre responses. I won't be buying from them again.

Stylish Art Prints for Home!
Love my experience with Desenio! The website is easy to use, the prints are beautiful, and the quality is better than expected. Everything arrived well-packaged, and once framed, the art instantly elevated my space. I’d definitely order again.

Buyer Beware
Frames arrived and shipped in a timely fashion. Prints have never arrived, customer service is non existent.

I love Desenio
I love Desenio! So many amazing prints to decorate my home with. I love the variety- perfect for all the different styles. Delivery is pretty quick, and their customer service is always very responsive and helpful.
