Excellent experience
The order arrived quickly and was very well packaged. It’s clear that there is care taken to please the customer and provide a great unboxing experience. Beautiful but one important issue
From choosing the right bag for me on the website to delivery, everything was perfect. The packaging and delivery care was excellent. My only issue was the protective film on the hardware: it was so difficult to peel off I have made a slight mark on the gold clasp; this was really upsetting. DeMellier reached out to me which I am pleased about. Luckily my husband was able to polish out the mark carefully with a special polish. Though the mark has gone I still think the plastic covering was too difficult to remove so my review remains the same. However I have no doubt that DeMellier would have fixed this had I contacted them which, on reflection, I should have.

Had to return
I have no complaints except that the bag I ordered was smaller than pictured. It was tiny, so I had to return. The returning process was smooth. Can’t say anything about the quality yet, as I did not keep the bag.
