Horrible all around
Horrible all around. Expensive. Paid for expedited shipping but they took weeks before even starting. Tried to cancel, but they shipped it anyways. They keep sending me bills in the mail. I’ve talked to 5 different customer service people who all say they’ll have the issue resolved, but each time it was somehow worse. Never again.

Slow production, no status updates.
Customer service did a wonderful job explaining that the order placed over a week ago was still needing to be released for verification in order to be processed. If the order was released for production today, then the order would possibly arrive 10 days following the call. An update on the status would have been nice instead waiting patiently for the 2 day business delivery to arrive.
