I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received. The experience has been extremely disappointing and falls far below the standards I would expect from a company like Dell.Throughout my interactions, it has been difficult to receive clear and effective communication. Additionally, the lack of responsiveness and accountability from both managers and supervisors is particularly concerning. At no point did I feel that my concerns were being properly addressed or taken seriously.This level of service is unacceptable and not reflective of the reputation Dell is known for. I expect a higher standard of professionalism, support, and customer care.I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and addressed promptly, and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar issues in the future.

stay away from DELL ... purchased a new gaming PC and was refused the 3% reward on the purchase even though the rep quoted that I would indeed get the 3% which was nothing to sneeze at with the cost ... numerous attempts to rectify the situation and all I recieved was apologies... this is not how you deal with customer service and satisfaction. I recommend anyone having issues report to the Better Business Bureau and consumer advocates....

Dell does not honor their paid full-service warranty, despite purchasing the most expensive full warranty option offered that even included accidental damage. Laptop was sent back for repairs several weeks before warranty expiration to address the same issues that were claimed nearly a year earlier. They simply sent the laptop back and advised the warranty was void because they found an insect inside?? What??

I was looking for a better laptop after after my bad experience with my Lenono (see my review.) I decided on a Dell and I'm very pleased with the product, especially the keyboard! It has a nice responsive feel to it and I really like that the backlighting on it is always on by default, and you can toggle it off if you want.The customer service was great: I called to learn more about a couple different models and the rep guided me to find the one that would suit my needs. He then emailed me a link to it so I wouldn't forget which one it was and could find it again when I was ready to make a decision. This was helpful.I only have one complaint: I cannot open (play) even the simplest video clips on it (ones I shoot with my phone which is all I shoot with.) Instead, a window opens telling me to buy an HEVC Video Extensions codec pack from the Microsoft store for .99 in order to view my video. This is the silliest ploy by Microsoft, not to mention cheap, just to squeeze a buck out of every Dell buyer! I'm assuming this decision was part of the agreement between Dell and Microsoft but sheesh, that's just penny-grabbing. Microsoft, you're only getting two cents from me.

I purchased the Dell 16 DC16255 directly from Dell and from the first time I turned it on, it has been making loud noises throughout whilst it is turned on. Additionally, there is no HDMI port and once the battery is 100% charged, if I unplug it, the laptop switches off. I reported this to Dell, repeatedly, over 11 emails and the issues have not been resolved. This laptop cost nearly £600 and because I believed in the Dell quality and customer service, I thought it was a good investment. The response I have from Dell is that they want to arrange a telephone call to assist me further which seems odd. A brand new Dell laptop should not have any of these issues. It appears the Dell quality and customer service are not what they used to be.

Ordered a battery and never received the battery. reason : home adres does not exist ! actually they never sent the battery and very very difficult to have someone on the phone to help with the problem. I ordered and I had to wait one month to receive the feedback that my home adres did not exist ! More over : they informed me that I had to order the item again but that it might be more expensive - and this is the case - and that it might take longer as they do not have a view on production time : what is this for a service ??

Absolutely terrible company. I order a hard drive from them for my business, as my business CC offered a credit with Dell. I buy a few hard drives a month, it's a nothing transaction. In this case, first they sent me the wrong item. When I contacted them, they needed multiple forms of "proof" that they sent me the wrong item (headphones in this case). I took the pictures, sent them label photos, etc. Instead of just shipping me the right order right away, the asked me to return the wrong item by packing it up and taking it to a shipping center, which I reluctantly did. That was more than a month ago. The original item is still waiting to be shipped. When I complained, they sincerely apologized and said they'd make it right through a coupon or discount. They then closed my inquiry, giving me nothing. I don't understand how their online store is even in business. Horrendous and avoid at all costs.

First time user! Can't believe it's come to this. In summary: their service basically doesn't exist. Their phone system has been experiencing an 'outage' for over a week, they don't answer tickets, there's no email to reach them with and their AI 'agent' is completely useless and sends you in circles. I returned an item a month ago, their delivery company has confirmation the package was signed for, but I haven't been reimbursed and the status on their site shows as 'awaiting return'. Unable to speak to a human in any capacity, only an AI agent who is essentially an android that understands 2-3 commands
