Scammer Delivery Drivers
Ordered groceries worth £90. Driver comes to door requests code and acts like he is delivering the items, walks to car then walks back to the house and says they have no items to deliver and drives off. Contacted customer services and they refuse to compensate for an order I have not received. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Steer clear from deliveroo and it's lying scammer drivers!

The deliveroo driver could not find an…
The deliveroo driver could not find an obvious address, I am a GP at a NHS GP Surgery, the driver couldn't find the address despite having a large sign on the outside and dumped the food outside the neighbours block of flats. I don't mind the driver not being able to find the building, but I do mind deliveroo refusing to refund the £25 for the meal

Horrible
Ordered, order took over an hour. Spoke to customer service and they were very dismisive. Got it raised and they were dismisive. All in All extremly terrible. These people do not care! Do not use if you can help it.

Order messed up by driver. Then cancelled?
What is the worst delivery service in UK. DELIVEROO IS. I ordered from Icelands. Then I got order accepted notification. Then driver heading to Iceland. Then got another notification saying again driver heading to Iceland. And the arrived notification. Several minutes went by and got notification order cancelled. I Then got call from Indian call centre saying Iceland to blame and that Iceland not taking there calls. So I called Iceland. Nice man answered. He explained a driver took my order with another by mistake. And never brought it back. And they had not had any calls off deliveroo. They said they would pick up. What a joke. It's cost me time. And Iceland money. I did get money back. Thank God. Not first time happened! Unistalled app. Won't use them again. No offer of voucher or apologies. Just passing the buck! All drivers 98% none or barely English speaking riders. Why?

STAY AWAY FROM DELIVEROO
What’s happened? Brought from a restaurant. Restaurant clearly wrote on receipt two bags to give as I ordered quite some food. Driver came and only delivered one bag. Lost out on £25 of food. Have proof and evidence of driver. Asked the driver is that it. He said yeah. Driver came hiding his face. Really annoyed.I DO NOT RECOMMEND DELIVEROO. STAY AWAY FROM THESE RATHER USE JUSTEAT OR UBER

Did not get the 50% discount promised
Was told i would get a 50% discount for using the app for the first time but did not recieve it so had to pay full price, is this fraud? Do not use this company
