Clearly no QA process prior to despatch
Ordered a pair of size7 shoes, eventually….because typically Evri ran into problems to deliver so eventually received the item but it was a pair of size 11 shoes in a size 7 shoe box!

WASTE OF MONEY - Worst retail experience I've ever had
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I returned an item that didn't fit, they didn't refund me because the courier hadn't collected the item from the return spot (not my problem). They eventually gave me my refund as store credit, which I did not want. I begrudgingly used the credit so as not to waste my money, they sent me a faulty item - a jacket with the sleeve SEWN SHUT so was obviously unwearable. I returned the faulty item which I had to PAY to return. I asked for a refund, plus a refund for the return cost and they refused. They have since stopped replying to my emails and are refusing to give me my money back. Should be illegal. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

This drop leaf table is perfect for me
This drop leaf table is perfect for me, it has 2 drawers and a small cupboard with ample storage space.It’s a great size too, fits neatly into the corner of my front room, where I can leave it opened out ready to use anytime

I love Debenhams Products/Clothing & miss your Shops in the high street so much, where you can see, touch & try on your products. Your online is easy to use & your the quality of your products are just as lovely but I’m afraid it’s not the same as being able to going into your beautiful shops.

Customer service is useless it’s a bot…
Customer service is useless it’s a bot that just doesn’t understand anything. I’ve been waiting for a refund for a very long time and I’m not getting any response. Avoid ordering here it’s not worth the time you spend chasing them. Still waiting. They said I’ll get a refund by today and I’ve still not received anything.

Shocking extra "delivery protection" charge
I was charged over £29 for "delivery protection." It is a shocking charge and I did not see any indication of this in my original order or an option to decline this charge. I will avoid ordering from Debenhams in future.
