Probably the worst paid streaming…
Probably the worst paid streaming service I have encountered. Constant buffering and maxes out at 720p. Is this 2010? Youd probably get a better visual on Nintendo 64 if it could stream. Not to mention the sky high prices for subpar services and on top of it, you can only watch on one device at at time unless you pay more of course. Honestly better off just streaming off of some illegal site since it wont buffer as much and youll get a better picture. Fu.ck Dazn!To Dazn who just emailed me; You had your chance to fix it and now you only want to help after I put out a review. Eat my ass.

Absolutely disgusting!
Absolutely disgusting! Cheating people into a 12 month contract for one fight. I see all the reviews stating the same thing. I will be cancelling my card and we can go legal. Hopefully everyone can bring this company to court.

Cancellation Fraud
Went to buy the Chisora fight. Checkout shows two options, one for about £24 and one that looks like it’s free. Nowhere does it say in any clear way that you’re signing up to pay for a full year. I just wanted to watch one fight.Contacted them when I realised. Quoted the Consumer Rights Act, the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the lot. They offered me a discount and some other service I never asked for. Completely ignored the actual complaint.Have a scroll through the reviews on here. It’s the same story over and over. People buy a PPV, then find out they’re stuck in an annual contract they had no idea about. This isn’t people not reading the small print. The checkout is built to catch you out.I’ve cancelled payment through my bank and started a chargeback. Trading Standards complaint is going in. County court claim next if they don’t sort it.Seriously, if you’re thinking about buying a fight on DAZN, don’t do it without reading these reviews first.

Honestly, this comes across as a scam. With pricing like this, it’s no wonder people end up turning to piracy. The Derek Chisora fight cost £50 what a joke

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS. Very simple, they are scammers. I switched my contract to a monthly flex plan so that i can cancel at any time and they are not letting me switch my contract and keep pn charging me. Forst they said my contract will switch to the monthly flex plan that allows me to cancel at any time on April 5th (i have proof). Come April 5th, somehow now my contract is only switching to the monthly flex plan May 5th and i got charged the month of April. Also they do not have actual human beings to communicate with users, im stuck talking to a damn computer to fix my issue and it is HELL. I do not recommend anybody to join this stupid app as they are SCAMMERS.

You can’t watch if your internet provider is EE as I’ve found to my cost !!
App works on iPhone but not on tv if internet provider is EE 🤷

Stop cheating people out there money
Stop cheating people out there money. If they accidentally got this service and they cancel the same day don't charge their card and than say they going to be charged for a full year. Gtfoh. Y'all robbing people and I'm not the one, two, or three. Bad company. Told y'all I wanted my refund y'all still tried to get money or if me talking about a cancellation fee. U already took it out my acct. So they get a -5 star and a kiss it where the sun don't shine. U lucky I can't go lower than a 1

Lowest of the low
Paid for PPV. 4 months later they are still taking money from my account. DAZN customer service acknowledged I hadn't logged on or used the service over the four months. Zero help and not even a partial refund. Hard to believe legitimate companies such as the NFL are partnering with them. Guess all the negative reviews will have their day at some point.
