Very impressive customer service
Very impressive customer service: Had received the wrong rose in ‘25, wrote to let you know in early fall, was told a replacement would ship in the Spring, and here it is as promised! Excellent job, beautiful roses!

We have bought about 75 or more roses…
We have bought about 75 or more roses from David Austin and as always they have been really good . We plant in pots till they are a few months old and then find the perfect place that they like with right amount of sun and shade and then we plant them . We probably have over 300 roses total and all doing good

QUEEN OF SWEDEN 'S
I ordeted 2 Queen of Sweden Roses last spring 2025 and put them by my other Queen of Sweden and finally after planting annd caring for them they budded BUT my buds were a dark peach/orange. I called your service #. They rold me IF I wanted to pay EXTRA for 2 potted QoS's they could send me 2. But dd not have any bare root QoS's Id have to wait til this spring 2026. I still haven't received them but got my other 2 roses I order this Year 2026. Where is my Queen of Sweden's?!

My 2 climbers came on time and healthy looking. Although Strawberry Hill was larger and more robust looking, prior experience with your company made me realize CPM will soon catch up!
