Don't order internationally if there's a chance you'll need to return the item.
I bought a jacket from them and realised that there was a cost for shipping which I accepted. The jacket arrived and it was not great quality and didn't fit very well so I returned it. However, I was charged for the return as well as for the initial shipping.So £40.00 to try on a jacket. The site doesn't have great size guidelines either. When it came to returning the item I wasn't able to return Fedex via local dropoffs - I had to arrange for a courier which was not straightforward either.Unless you're really sure about the brand or the item that you're ordering I definitely would not order internationally from here, they are just not setup for it.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from d’Aniello.I purchased a Moncler Durance belt bag in December 2023. After only a few uses, the bag began to show serious wear and fraying – unacceptable for a product of this quality and price.I have contacted their customer service multiple times by email, and also reached out via Instagram. Despite being told to write to their info@danielloboutique. it email, that mailbox is full and rejects all messages. I have received no real response to my issue for weeks.This complete lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. I’m now forced to escalate the matter through consumer protection services and my payment provider.If you expect any form of after-sales support or professionalism, I strongly recommend avoiding this site.

Great shop and qualiry of sold item
The garment purchased was in excellent condition. No wear due to just hanging in a shop and being touched by multiple customers. They use secure payment methods. Delivery was fast enough.

My duty tax was £60
I strongly recommend that you include a clear and visible notice about potential duty taxes for international orders, as this would greatly improve transparency and customer experience.
