Poor Service
Drive thru window close had to go in. They wanted you to use a machine to pick up your meds that would let in go so far then lock up. Finally had a real person to wait on me but I don't think she could talk she only smiled at me the whole time. I was trying to find out information but only smiles. Beautiful smile but I need someone that talks. CVS in Harrison urg VA on Port Republic road

You don't deserve my business
I waited 15 minutes in my car on the pick up line, when I got the the window they physically closed the blind on me and would NOT let me pick up my prescription. I was out of my prescription and needed it that day. I went inside to talk to a "manager" who did not give me a solution to the problem and barely appoligized, just told me to keep my voice down. Are you kidding me? Bye CVS ! You don't deserve my business of 30 years. You suck.

The tech was so rude and refused to help me transfer my prescriptions. I would never advise anyone to use them. Highly unprofessional and rude . The worse customer service in the valley.

Never again will I go to the Glastonbury CVS on Main Street
Went to the CVS on Main Street in Glastonbury CT - horrible experience, I walked out! It took over 45 minutes of waiting and I still didn't have my prescription even though it was ready. I stood in line, the girl couldn't help me with my discount. I had to wait again. Someone else calculated the discount. I had to wait in line again so that they could reprint the label. I waited and waited and waited. Then it was ready apparently but no one else could ring the register (or should I say no one was willing to ring the register - when someone asked, they smirked because they didn't care) they were having an issue with another customer so I had to wait and wait again. Hence my departure! Will never use this Pharmacy again. The staff was rude and showed no concern whatsoever about my experience. There were two other people there at the same time as me that we're experiencing the same issues. They actually handed the prescription for the woman that was waiting with me to another customer. It's a good thing she opened the bag, because she realized it wasn't her. That is simply dangerous and reckless. Never again, I'm going to Walgreens

I don’t know why you would fix…
I don’t know why you would fix something that isn’t broken. Your new voice system sucks big time!!! I can’t get to my prescription refills, stasis or anything and then it dropped my call. The app is slow and awful too. We will be changing pharmacies to get better service like Vons.

My daughter needed a glouse meter and…
My daughter needed a glouse meter and the test strips. We were contacted 3 times that the script was filled. Three times I went to the store. Three times it was not ready. Come to find out all the script stuff was cvs brand and OTC. I paid for the stuff and left. Will not use this store in Palatka again. Sad because I was a key holder at this store from 95 to 99 as Eckards.

Not only did they go DEI years ago but their service is off the charts bad. Extraordinary. It's only the bottom line to them and amazing they're still in business. Try phoning them. Better to visit the dentist.

Pharmacy Staff Rude to Older WOmen especiially
Have been. using tha pharmacy at Glouc Crossing and before that on Main Street. I loved the pharmacist that was once there - he knew me by name. He was polite. He treated customers with respect.I am leaving this pharmacy after experiencing so many mistakes made, no apologies. They charged me for medications that were supposed to be free a few weeks ago - covered by Medicare. We tried to explain to the person at the windwo that it is always free through Medicare, and that she could check the system ot see that we always get it through Medicare - not through our supplement. She refused to listen despite the fact that her records should have showed that it was free and a simple search on Medicare shows that they are free, but the attitude was far from what I used to experience--they simply won't listen. Now it happened again - the disrespect by a pharmacist who refused to listen. Last week, I saw an older woman crying at that window - this week I was the one crying. I am moving all of my meds to Walgreens, and suggesting that everyone I know do the same. This place has become a profit-oriented center where people at the windows are not trained on some of the basics - such as what Medicare covers for life-threatening illnesses. If they would listen the the customer with the life threatening illness, they might have actually looked this up on the Medicare site. Instead they stuck to the story - you have to pay for this. I had to leave without it - and it is an essential device that keeps me alive. We had to call Medicare and print out the document that shows it is free. Then a similar problem happened this week. I would have stayed as a customer if the man at the window, who I believe is temporary, would have listened to me as I have been giong there for decades and know how my own drug list works, what is free, what has changed. I spent a lot of time with Blue Cross -- and they called CVS to tell them to give me a supply of life-saving drugs for a vacation...BC was quite sure that all was well. Of course, CVS said that Blue Cross was wrong on how it worked. Back and forth, no respect from CVS, but at least Blue Cross was very helpful. Sad, I used to love the pharmacist there - a tall thin guy who understood Mediare, customer service, the urgency of some drugs, the emotions invovled in trying to get through the red tape. THAT IS ALL GONE. Disgusted. I was treated like a "stupid old woman" by the man at the window - and his nametag showed "pharmacist." I am still a bit shaken and was not able to get any of the drugs that Blue Cross had scheduled for vacation supplies.

I had to switch to this pharmacy located in the West Central Indiana area and they told me I had to have a warning about the benzodiazepines increasing depression and suicidal thoughts and bad moods. That's a new perception that's a brainwash about benzodiazepines ever since the opioid epidemic started. It's even manipulation to put somebody off their medication for being in a bad mood.************Benzodiazepine stigma often overlooks evidence that when properly prescribed, these medications are safe, effective, and rarely abused by patients without prior substance use history. Large-scale data shows 97% of users discontinue within 7 years, debunking addiction myths. Proper use is safe, though physical dependence can occur. Key facts to combat benzodiazepine (benzo) stigma include: Low Misuse Rates: Among patients with no history of addiction, abuse of properly prescribed benzodiazepines is uncommon, notes the Psychiatric Times. Most Users Do Not Become Addicted: Studies show that 85% of users discontinue in the first year,. The majority of users use them appropriately, not to get high. Effective Treatment: Research highlights that benzodiazepines are highly effective for severe anxiety, panic, and seizure disorders, often serving as a safer alternative to other treatments,.
