Customer service is terrible
Ordered some stuff on January 31st(today is March 29th). Was shipped quickly and arrived into customs. Then disappeared once handed to local carrier. Emailed and was told they had lodged a complaint with their carrier. Havnt heard anything for about a month. No updates. No resolution. Nothing. Not their fault. But their lack of communication about all this has been terrible despite trying to get updates via email

Donna solved it...
Being a regular custom of CK, their products are not only great, but their shipping is fast. On the last purchase an item was overlooked, it only took me one simple message to CK; and Donna assisted me. I was waiting for discount code via email but i couldn’t wait any longer so placed order and the code came 20mins or so later. I contacted customer service to see if they could apply the code manually but no luck. They were quick to respond and have cancelled my order so i can place an new one with $20 off ✅ Great stuff CK ❤️ and big ups to Donna x

Incorrect email entered - Review for Ben
I made an order and somehow an incorrect email was entered which means when I wanted to submit a return it wasn’t possible to do online via self serve. I was pretty stressed about this and really wanted to make sure I was able to get my money back. I was helped by Ben, who was super professional, prompt in responses and reassured me that he’d be able to help. I’m super grateful for him being on the other end of this which made the experience so smooth. Thanks so much Ben!! 11/10!
