Hugely disappointed
Hugely disappointed. Bubbles - 2 of them - right at the front and very visble on a $600 vase. They say this meets their standards - not very high standards in my opinion. They rely on the small print. Even more disappointing given they know what the right thing is to do when the bubbles are totally visible at the front. Beware.

Customized decanter gift from Crystal Plus…
I bought 1 gift from Crystal Plus (customized decanter with logo engraving) as a gift for someone. It turned out beautiful, and looked exactly like I expected based on the proof they sent me before making the piece. It arrived WAY SOONER than I was expecting, and it was packed beautifully with tons of packing peanuts and bubble wrap, so there was no damage whatsoever. Before I ordered, I was a bit worried about cracks or scratches due to shipping, but the decanter arrived in perfect condition. I will absolutely be buying more gifts from Crystal Plus next holiday season!
