Over the past few weeks as markets…
Be warned.... Pretty much all of the exchanges are doing this and now soo is Crypto.com. Very easy times ten to get money or crypto into their system, but when trying to withdraw or transfer, expect a hassle and no support whatsoever. The only telephone number i could find results in an automated message: We will get back to you when our support team is available - and then hangs up. Don't know if they magically know who i am by callerId but any form of telephone support is non existent. The "online support" consists of a menu of things to be referred over to a wiki for; and "talking to an agent" is nothing more than an automated reply that somewhat looks like a failed attempt at getting an AI to appease an angry customer. In the end it comes down to this:When you send your money to crypto.com you are essentially giving them a loan for 48 hours where they charge you entry and exit fees, and you can't do anything with your money. You might be able to do one or two transfers but eventually, you will end up paying fees for transfers they cancel, and you will not be able to do anything about it except move on to another platform....I invite Crypto.com to reply to this, but their current reviews would seem to indicate their level of concern is obviously non existent. Be warned - i smell an exit scam on the horiizen

There is no human customer support just bots , My coin mysteriously disappeared from my account without any tangible explanation . I will not recommend this company to anyone and i will not stop till everyone knows about #Quick Vip... has bee truly magnificent . They give consistent p2p earn pay and superb service .

Beware when dealing with Crypto.com!
Even though Crypto.com is a well known entity, beware, when you request an investment money transfer, they will move your money without fully knowing if where they are moving your money too is a legitimate destination or part of a scam/fraud destination. Make certain that if you are requesting a transfer of funds from your crypto.com account to wherever, that you're certain it's not to some fraudulent place. From my recent experience this is where dealing with banks is safer in that they will alert you to suspicious sites for wires or e-transfers and usually put a hold on moves until certain of the legitimacy of the move.

URGENT: Account blocked since March 6th. 4 emails ignored. Zero support.
My account has been blocked since Friday (March 6th). I have followed all technical instructions and sent 4 formal emails with full identity verification documents (8.6 MB). Despite the urgency, I have received ZERO response from a human representative for over 5 days.I am stuck in a "technical loop" – I cannot access the in-app chat to provide a "Chat ID" because the app itself is blocked. This is a critical failure of your support system. My son has a major tournament this weekend (Grappling Industries Nuremberg) and I am being denied access to my funds for essential operations.This is my final public warning. If this is not resolved immediately, I am filing a formal complaint with the MFSA (Malta Financial Services Authority).Case registered under my full name: Daniel Rakoczy.
