Bought limited edition Crocs from the official website and received it with the box completely smashed. Contacted customer service and they said they are not responsible for the box even for the collectible/limited edition. All its value is gone before I even opened it. Would give zero stars if possible

Very poor product. My daughter bought me a pair of crocs slippers last Christmas but when I wore them in the kitchen - which has vinyl flooring, they felt like they were sticking although the floor is clean. I contacted customer service who clearly couldn’t care less and weren’t interested. I usually buy slippers from next of even Asda and Tesco and I’ve never had this problem. Save money and avoid Crocs !

I've been using crocs for over 20 years, but I will no longer purchase from them. These Crocs came apart in 10 or 11 months. The warranty is 90 days only. The shoes in the past were very well made and long lasting. Customer service was usless.

Began a refund process at the end of February. Returned goods confirmed received by Crocs on 3rd March.After weeks of time and effort chasing them, being first told by their customer service that I would receive my refund within 10 days else it would be actioned manually, then that it would actually be 10 business days, and then not receiving that, and then, after spending another half an hour with customer service repeating information already given multiple times previously in the same whatsapp support thread, I have just been told (today is 17th March) that I 'will receive a refund within 10 business days. Please note that some additional time may be required for the credit to post to your account'.Crocs need to improve their customer service refund process. It needs to be clear, consistent and actioned in a more reasonable timeframe.Also, the quality of the product seems to have deteriorated dramatically.My first Crocs lasted for the best part of 20 years, including hiking in them.Of the two pairs I bought recently, the strap of one broke within one day and the quality of materials was not the same as my original pairs bought in 2010.It is sad to see a brand once associated with quality and good values now in decline.Even my request to be sent the complaints escalation process resulted in the customer service conversation being closed with a 'have a great day!' message, but no complaint procedure supplied.The customer service whatsapp number appears to be in the Netherlands:+31 475 788 784

The customer service refused to change a mistake on the address on a package that hasnt even shipped. So I have to have it delivered returned and delivered again. Absolutely stupid!!!

I ordered a pair of Crocs last year, and even though it stated all sizes were in British size and that the stamp on the bottom was just American sizes, well, they are not, they were a U.K size 12. I have just bought another pair because again they said definitely U.K sizes but again the pair delivered are size U.K 12 again. I don't have a printer to print a return on, so I do not get my money back. Crocs are a complete scam.

Think very carefully before parting with your hard earned cash. My experience was that the Crocs I purchased became faulty after just one season. Crocs customer service was very quick to respond but unhelpful. I sent images and I expressed my disappointment in the product but it fell on deaf ears with a standard, non personal response.I could have bought two pairs of copy Crocs for what I paid for genuine Crocs. Wouldn't buy Crocs again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The customer care team are terrible. Crocs cancelled my order and over a month later I am still waiting for my refund. I called them today and this woman on the phone was trying to tell me that pounds and euros are the same currency after saying that my refund was in dollars. I live in the UK so very confused why it was first apparently refunded in dollars and then by some miracle I was refunded in euros. But to make it even funnier, she said that I would receive my refund in 7-10 working days. So first I had an apology for not receiving a refund and then told oh actually it was refunded on 20/02. I was still waiting for my invoice from the time I called them to complain on 20/02. What kind of show are these people running???? It is disgusting that we can have our money stolen lien this and no one does anything about it. Where are their CEO’s and managers and to tie it all up in a pretty bow. These people don’t even have an email address you can send a complaint email to. It is appalling! 0 starts for Crocs!!!!!
