Paid for VIP, orders took over 14 days to dispatch
Paid for VIP…… from first order, every order placed was really slow to be delivered despite being given priority delivery, when I contacted Customer services I was always told the same thing “too many orders to process” I had deliveries arrive from America quicker. Demanded a refund and to be fair that arrived quicker than my orders.

Great customer service
Fantastic company. A little slower with despatch but the products are great and good value. My first set of pens arrived damaged but the customer service I received was brilliant. Will definitely order from again in the future.

Poor service - absolutely no customer service
So far, not having a good experience with CraftStash. Placed an order from Canada after seeing a trusted crafter in England showcase some products. Got an e-mail a few days later saying that my order had been shipped. Then I started getting suspicious e-mails from a company I didn't recognize, telling me that they were waiting for me to pay Taxes & Duties before letting my shipment proceed. That's not how Canada Customs works. We pay any duties and taxes owing when it arrives at the Canada Post office. I've been scammed before when they've charged me duty and had to pay again when it arrived in Canada. Tried calling CraftStash phone # - a strange phone signal and no voicemail. Tried e-mailing them to cancel my order and no reply. Not happy at all!

Delighted with my order
Delighted with my order. Good value for good quality. Despite the bank holidays arrived in 7 days . Well packed too, so card blanks arrived in perfect condition ( not always the case from other suppliers) . Will certainly use again for my craft supplies

Came across this company by accident.Placed my first order in June 2024 with a bonus of free delivery and 20% off first order. Quality is superb. Super fast delivery. Customer services the best ever. What a fantastic company to deal with
What a fantastic company to deal with! I ordered an expensive 27 piece Die set that 1 of the pieces didn’t cut, I contacted customer service and spoke with lovely Nicola, she immediately sent me another set, the intricate piece again had problems, (no fault of craft stash) Nicola has been there via phone and email every step of the way to sort my problem, I have now ordered a replacement which is more expensive and haven’t been charged the extra money. Thankyou craft stash, and a massive thankyou to Nicola! I will definitely be back, wish more companies were like this, 5 star plus .

I had put in a $150 order for Made to…
I had put in a $150 order for Made to Surprise. The stamps did not stamp evenly. In the die sets, two different covers and they put in two of the same die sets. There has been no reply from them to make it right. They take your money and give you extremely poor product.

Great customer service, great products.
I was having difficulty sourcing an item that was out of stock everywhere else which brought me to Craftstash. I placed my order online but rang through to make payment. The lady who took my order was very helpful and pleasant. i opted for free delivery as it wasnt urgent, however there is also another option for next day delivery. I ordered on a Wednesday and the order was delivered the following Wedsnesday. All as it should be, no drama. I will be ordering these items from Craft Stash in future.
