I ordered a ring for my boyfriend

I ordered a ring for my boyfriend, but after some time it unfortunately started to discolor, even though this wasn’t supposed to happen according to the product information. I contacted CRAFTD and was helped very kindly and quickly. They provided me with store credit to reorder the ring, which I really appreciated.However, the store credit didn’t match the original price of the ring, so I still had to pay extra. I found that disappointing, especially since the issue wasn’t my fault. Other than that, the service was helpful and professional.

Pretty poor really

Pretty poor really. Ordered a necklace and a bracelet, bracelet was a little too small so had to contact them to organise a return. Had to pay for this myself which isn't too uncommon but a bit annoying. Refund took 20 days to be processed, in between messages asking where the return was I was just getting AI replies back each time. Finally got the refund and they have taken off the postage cost off my original order, £4 less than I paid for the bracelet. Won't be using again. In days where returns elsewhere are normally free and refunds processed smoothly, not worth the risk of buying anything and not liking it!

Lovely people. My necklace broke and I asked for a replacement due to claims of lifetime warranty. They agreed to send me a new one with no issue, very happy. I can’t wait to receive it.

Order #898926 (necklace refund) & Order #903752 (bracelet replacement) – Extremely poor customer service experienceMy original order (#898926) was never marked as delivered, which meant I couldn’t even start a return on my own. After multiple attempts to contact support, I finally received a return link from an agent. The link clearly stated I had until 12th March to return the item.In the meantime, I placed a second order (#903752) for a bracelet to replace the necklace (which was a gift for my fiancé), but unfortunately the bracelet was too small.On 11th March, I returned both items together in the same package — the necklace (order #898926) for a refund and the bracelet (order #903752) for a replacement — including the correct return slip for the necklace as instructed.A week later, I received the replacement bracelet but no update at all regarding the necklace refund. From there, things only got worse. I spent 3 weeks chasing support, opening multiple cases, and repeatedly providing the same information (return receipts, order numbers, item details).Eventually, I was told I wasn’t eligible for a refund because the necklace was returned “late” — despite the return link clearly stating a deadline of 12th March. No alternative solution was offered, just a flat refusal.After even more back-and-forth and additional cases, I was finally offered store credit, which I accepted immediately. However, this is still unresolved — I am currently waiting for the store credit to be issued. Instead of progressing the case, I was asked yet again for order details I had already provided multiple times.Throughout this process, I repeatedly received incorrect or irrelevant responses (for example, being told my order wasn’t delivered or that my replacement was already completed), which clearly shows that agents are not reviewing previous messages. Since each case is handled by a different person, there’s no continuity, making it nearly impossible to resolve anything.This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had — disorganised, repetitive, and incredibly frustrating.Update - once again they reply without reading my message! THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED TOGETHER! I added the return slip for order 898926 inside the package as requested and it keeps being ignored! I am suing you for all this trouble, bunch of incompetents!
