the pillows suck. I have had no improvement with neck pain or anything else that they claim will happen with their pillows it flattens so quickly have massive migraines every morning spent almost 180 on 3 pillows and they are garbage woild not recommend

ordered a mattress protector. it was marked delivered & photos were provided. never got an email confirming delivery but i’d gone outside that day to bring in another package and it wasn’t there. the carrier they use seems shady, lots of people having similar experiences if you search online & we’ve never had a package stolen before. seems like the delivery driver took photos as proof of delivery & then made off with it. automated email responses from customer service & $50 down the drain.

The reviews on their website must be fake. I got double charged for my order a couple of weeks ago and still sending emails to try and get money back for part of an order which was never received. Alongside this the pillow cases I DID receive are such poor quality, I requested to return and my request has been declined even though there website says “hassle free returns”. This has been anything but hassle.

On 25.1.26 I placed an order for a Luxury Bamboo Down Alternative Duvet - all season 13.5 Tog to replace an old goose down/feather duvet - same Tog rating. The new duvet arrived promptly a few days later and I used it the same night it arrived. I found that it did not hold the same level of warmth from my electric blanket that I use to pre-heat my bed which was a concern, but even more of a concern was that I woke up cold around three hours later. Although the same Tog rating this duvet was not a patch on my previous 11 year old one, which I am now using once more. I have wasted £100 on this new duvet which is probably only good for summer use - as a pensioner I cannot afford this. I completed a review for the company but have heard absolutely nothing from them apart from to receive an e-mail today offering £15 off my next purchase - not a chance of happening!

This is the 3rd set I’ve ordered, even though the first 2 weren’t colour I particularly wanted but they seemed to be decent quality. The set that arrived today though feels noticeably cheap with a high viscose consistency and a completely different colour to the picture. The zip had gone on my existing purple set so re-ordered that too from the same collection. The replacement duvet cover was the same material as before so I don’t understand how the new set from the same range is so different. It’s shiny, slippy and horrible. It also stinks and is a silver grey as opposed to the moss green shown in the picture. Having checked, the description does say grey but the picture is totally different and it’s not a stock photo. As others have said the material is thin and pulls easily but I put that down to having cats. Won’t be ordering from them again and having read the reviews here I won’t even bother trying to return the new set. I’ll use it until the cats have killed it then take my money somewhere else. Even at a huge discount it was nearly £100. I’ve bought better quality ones for £20! Don’t believe the reviews on their website either

Made an order and used a discount code, guess they didn’t like the price because it was suddenly cancelled when I went to check on the delivery. Reading the reviews it seems they did me a favour, ordered from elsewhere, you get what you pay for

This is supposed to be a UK company & yet it refuses to deliver to Northern Ireland, in spite of the fact that we are a part of the UK. Adding insult to injury, it is possible to order from this company via Amazon to a Northern Ireland address. What is going on?

Do not purchase! I purchased a luxury bedding set on the 16th December and it has not been delivered. I have attempted to contact them multiple times over email, live chat and phone and have been ignored. Do not use them!

Scam company. I ordered a 13.5 bamboo duvet. It was so thin I had to check the label. It said 13.5 but no way is it. I was freezing! Got in touch with the company but useless. Won’t send a return label. Expect me to return a duvet which is now not in a vacuum bag so huge. Don’t trust the positive reviews! UPDATE….after constant emails to them, they have refunded my money & don’t want the duvet back! Suggest I donate to an animal charity!
