Good Product, Poor Ordering Experience
The rails have been installed for a few weeks, and they are performing well. What could use a few adjustments is the ordering process. After ordering, a message popped up not to leave or refresh the page. It clocked for several hours until I needed to leave the page. I never received a confirmation email that the purchase went through, though the charge appeared on our credit card. I did not receive any communication from the company until I received an email roughly a week later that my purchase had been shipped.

I bought several high dollar items like…
I bought several high dollar items like heat pumps through cost way in the last few years. I just bought three more DC inverter splits. Prices are good shipping is fast and the quality of the items is as good as name brands but with significant savings. I have not had any problems so I can't speak to problem resolution. But not having problems is better than fixing them!

they said the product was washable
they said the product was washable. has it turns out it's washable only by hand not machine washable. They also don't offer paid return for there products and they charge a fee to return a product. I just find all these details sneaky and dishonest.

This step stool is essential for potty…
This step stool is essential for potty training a toddler! It arrived quickly and was very easy to assemble, even with some help from said toddler! It is light weight so he can move it from toilet to sink by himself, yet sturdy. No sharp corners or safely concerns. I bought two!
