Take the chance!

Ive been taking chances and like what ive gotten so far. I used to exclusively use CardKingdom and TCGplayer; TCG has now gone very downhill so im migrated away from the higher prices of cardkingdom. This will be my 3rd order with CoolStuffInc and I gotta say I'm very impressed despite the awful reviews! Very nice customer service - very quick to update and respond! Shipping rates are ok, the taxes are a bit high, but ill take the discount on the shipping. Overall i gotta put my trust into coolstuffinc more than I do these bad reviews!

Don’t give these people your businesses

Attempted to order twice from them. 1st time the order was just canceled for no reason at all and no communication. I had to email them to see what happened. 2nd time same thing happened but when I emailed them they said they canceled and accused me of filing charge backs on a different account. Awful experience Don’t give these people your businesses

Quality Control is Terrible

I've ordered from CSI many times and for a while now, but over the past year or so, almost every order has had some problem, whether it be damaged cards sent in lieu of NM that I ordered, missing cards from order that no one mentions until I reach out and they admit that there was some inventory issue, or the wrong card being sent (some obvious mistakes that should not be made). Because of this, I've started to order less frequently from them and have mostly been going somewhere else.Recently, I decided to give them another go. They had some cards I really wanted, and it was only about 27 cards split up over three orders. I thought “can they really screw up this time with only a few cards being ordered”? Well, a few days later I received an email stating a $35 card (Undaunted Umbreon Holo – a rare card to find and so many people are losing their minds over the Eeveelutions lately – was “lost”, and they couldn’t find it. Not that there was an error in the database, not that they sold it in store and forgot to update their online inventory. But that they “lost” it. They had never reached out to me before about not sending cards in my order, but this time they felt the need to tell me it’s “lost”. How, and why?The following is conjecture;I strongly suspect an employee saw the card before it was shipped to me and really wanted it, so instead of honoring the fact that it was at that point mine since I had already paid for it, they let them take it and cancelled my order. I have no proof, and this is just my opinion, but it’s terribly suspicious. With the terrible quality control, and now the possible shady practices, I don’t know if I want to order from them again.

Went to their Orlando shop and was not…

Went to their Orlando shop and was not impressed. Customer service was close to non existent, and the selection was very low. Ended up going to Pokefit Trading by the FL mall and they did a way better job to find me the Pokemon Cards I was looking for. Don’t reccomend this place to anyone!

Ordered a bunch of cards worth $500

Ordered a bunch of cards worth $500. They didn't ship it with any individuel protection. No sleeves on the cards. The cards were all damaged while they sold them as Near Mint. The cards were also bent. All of them. Never ever order with these guys. They are extremely unprofessional. No responses to my email complaints either. Just a horrible experience! Avoid them!

Never received my package and they…

Never received my package and they first had my item on hold then they sent it to fedex as a mail carrier was their first mistake. Secondly I gave them my postal P.O. Box and fed ex used my home address instead. I needed to file a claim but I cannot get in touch with cool stuff inc for 2 weeks now and counting. Numerous emails and voicemails was sent to their business but no response and I spent close to a 1000.00!! Just gone!! Warning to everyone about this place of business! Go buy from somewhere else!!!

DON'T BUY FROM HERE

DON'T BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a desk cooler fan from this company and found the USB charger had exactly the same size connection at each end, which made no sense. Both ends fit the product, but no USB end. I sent three or four emails and tried to call them, but the number wasnt recognised. Literally got nothing back. Not a confirmation email. Nothing. I am furious that a company, which looks so genuine, can be such a cheap rip off.... shame on you that run it. The problem really IS yours. At least I have my integrity.

1 star because there is no option for-10. Do not order anything from here. If you do order here, be prepared to file a fraud claim with you bank as thats the only way you will receive a refund on a fake ass Chinese product.
