easy, also love that I was able to use my benefit, my eye doctor gave me the run around and almost charged me $600 for 6 mos supply of contacts, here I got them half off by using my benefits. Thank You for making the process seamless.

A seamless and painless process

Was super easy to purchase the contacts, price was affordable, and they made it really easy to apply my insurance as well. Everything about the process of uploading the prescription, applying insurance, making payment, and getting delivery was quick, seamless, and painless.

My contacts shipped bad delivery servicebut you all shipped…

My contacts shipped but you all shipped them USPS said was delivered on front porch! Not my front porch never got them. Called customer service I got let’s just wait maybe they will show up! Do you all have a photo? No sir the Post Office doesn’t do that! So know I’m out several hundred dollars!!!

Didn’t notify that express order was delayed for weeks

Placed an order and paid an extra $29 for overnight shipping because I was almost out of supply. Over a week later still no updates or contacts and I have no contacts left at this point. Their website login wasn’t functioning and I didn’t get any email updates. I call them and they inform me they’ve been out of stock (even though they allowed me to purchase on the website) and they won’t be back in the warehouse for another week. THey never even notified me that they would be delayed for several weeks and I’m sitting here checking the mail every day. The customer service rep Michelle was completely useless and unhelpful. The only resolution she offered was to refund express shipping. The experience was such an unprofessional way to run a business for essential time sensitive healthcare products. I canceled the order and will never be ordering from this business again.

Great experience

I had a great experience with Contacts Direct! I went to my eye doctor, they wanted an enormous amount for my contacts. I checked out Contacts Direct and the price was right and with 30% off, I couldn’t say no. I didn’t have my prescription on hand, so they called my eye doctor and boom, the contacts came within days! Definitely will be using again!

Charged $367, No Product, Still No Refund

On March 8, 2026, I placed an order for contact lenses, and my card was charged immediately. After two weeks passed with no updates or communication, I was forced to contact customer service to inquire about the status of my order. Only then was I informed that the item was out of stock until April 27, 2026—information that was never proactively communicated to me.The lack of transparency and failure to notify customers of such a significant delay is unacceptable. As a result, I canceled the order and received a confirmation email. Despite this, my refund has still not been processed.When I followed up again, I was told the refund had been “delayed” and would need to be manually entered, requiring an additional 3 to 10 business days. This continued delay in returning my funds—after already holding my money for weeks—is unreasonable.At this point, I am without contact lenses and out $367. This situation reflects extremely poor customer service, lack of communication, and mishandling of customer funds. This has been the worst experience I have had with any contact lens retailer.If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue further action, including disputing the charge with my bank and filing formal complaints.
