I absolutely love Comfrt
I absolutely love Comfrt! Their products are high quality and super comfortable (they’d have to be with a company name like that!) and their customer service team is always super helpful. I am a recurring customer, and I plan to continue expanding my collection. These are the only sweats I’ll wear anymore!

This is a company you can count on!!!! I had an issue with the delivery company, and COMFRT reached out with a real person asap, followed up, and made sure the problem was resolved. The travel hoodie is so comfortable, and the personal item bag is great quality. Great customer service and great quality = a successful company. They have the winning formula.

Excellent Customer Service
I recently bought a set…a T-shirt, shorts, and a hoodie for my daughter’s birthday. Luckily I opened the bag early because one of the items was missing from my order (items I received were super soft and high quality). I sent a message to Comfrt letting them know about the missing item and they immediately got back to me. They promptly reviewed my order and refunded me for the missing item. Missing items are a bummer but their super friendly and fast customer service paired with quality products have earned them repeat purchases from us.

Wrong item received
Wrong item received. Wrong style and size. They asked me for multiple photos of the hoodie and delivery bags and asked if I want a refund or the correct item sent. I chose to have the correct item sent but they decided to ignore that request and refund me. They told me to keep the hoodie they sent but it's too big and I do not like it. I will not order from here again

The customer service is amazing!
The customer service is amazing, special shout out to Niel…he went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved in a timely manner and I got full credit towards ordering a new item to replace my damaged one. I can’t complain about a single thing with this company! There are so many options to choose from, the sweats are beyond soft/comfortable and everything is priced fairly decent as there is always a sale going on. I highly recommend Comfrt to everyone I possibly can! ;)
